Young man was either rude or just odd don't know. I ordered my snow cone and he just stood there starring at me. I'm like oh are you waiting for me. I guess you pay before they start making it. He didn't even say the price or anything just looking at me awkwardly. Then he made 2 smalls different sizes (not good with kids) and gave some us straws and some of us spoons. My husband said he did the same thing to him earlier in the day, and oh ya he can't count change either.
If it is summer and you want a snow cone or some ice cream this is the place you gotta go. The prices are great for the amount you receive and the shaved ice is so good. I'm obsessed and I hate winter because it means that Hawaiian Snow is closed.
