I went in the late afternoon, of course it was busy. They normally are busy at rush times of day. People should expect that no different than any other fast food place. I got a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberry and was made to perfection. The mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and the burger was made quite well..not slopped together and messy. They were out of several things we wanted, we waited for 15 mins for two cars in front of us to get their food, and the lot, building, and grounds were filthy.

Not to bad. Nice to eat in a stall. Seem to always forget sauce, especially marinara for cheese sticks even when online it comes with it or the cheese for pretzels.
Parking: Wide vehicles such as trucks and full size SUV will have a tight fit in stalls. Recommend pulling in mirrors if possible.
