Blossom Asian Cuisine is the BEST Chinese restaurant in the West Valley hands down. Almost anything you order will be freshly made and VERY delicious. Heartily recommend the Family Dinner (can't go wrong with Sesame Chicken (honey flavor) and Mongolian Beef), the Happy Family (Beef, Chicken, Shrimp and yes, crab meat too), the Cashew Nut Chicken and the Shrimp Tempura. The husband cooks in back and the wife (don't know how she does it) keeps up with the service - bringing...
Well, I'll tell you that the orange chicken was really good, for not being panda express, but anything from the house fried rice to the kung pow shrimp was virtually nonexistent as fast as seafood is concerned.
Save the money and stick to anything beef or chicken...

This place is usually a quiet place to eat lunch or dinner. Its a small family own wd place. The people are very nice and cordial. This is not a rush to eat kind of place so bring your patience with you. Remember the waitress is only one person and she does a great job so be patient. Shes always so nice and lovely and remember people that go there more than once. The food is great, and a good variety of dishes on the menu. Just an FYI the Kung pao is spicier than most places....
