Always good every time I come in. Hardly ever wait very long. The Vietnamese guy is pretty awesome! Everyone I've seen seems to be nice there. And the boba is amazing!

I usually go there once in awhile to get a snow blended taro drink but this time around i went with my god daughter and boyfriend and the customer service was good but i did try one of there smoothies this time and it was so gross the boba tasted like dish soap ive never had such a bad drink from them. and everything was smooth and fine presentation was good so i didnt have anything to complain about really. But the moment i walked out i put ny straw into my drink and itt was so gross so i just walked back in asking if i can switch it out for something else because it jus was not what i was expecting it was so gross i couldnt i knew it was gonna go to waste. I told my 4yr goddaughter to try it and she spit it out it wass nasty sour eww. So i tell the person hey can we switch this out for something else because it was jus so nasty to me, he replied no cannot switch it out for me i replied not even for another smoothie its jus literally gonna go to waste he said maybe if my manager was here but hes not here till 7pm. So i calmly walked out and waited til 7pm. I put the drink still very full in my fridge. I called at 7:10 around and asked for jorge the manager that was supposed to be around and he wasnt there so another manager assisted me and he told me no sorry mam but we cannot do that. Just so very upset how i spent $10 dollars on this drink to jus go to waste because they cant switch it out. Gael was good customer service just wish yall took yall customers into consideration. I once entered this establishment to use tha restroom before I entered tha restroom an employee was coming out of tha restroom I noticed tha toilet was flushing and noticed before I washed my hands tha sink where yu wash yur hands was dried meaning tha employee had not washed his hands was brought up to there attention in tha front and said they would talk to him. PS. he was working in tha back possibly handling food.

I've been here about 3 times or so but my recent visit was awful. The place was busy and there were several people waiting before us. I placed an order for 2 drinks and asked for the largest size they had. We sat down to wait for our order and we're waiting for about 35 minutes. When I went to the counter to get our drinks I noticed they were smaller than what was shown as the largest cup size. I asked the guy and he went to the back to ask about the drink size then comes out and said they would remake it in the correct size but only took one drink. Then another guy came and asked if everything was ok, I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said he would take care of it and also goes to the back. Then a 3rd guy comes out telling me something about how they didn't charge me for the largest size for one of the drinks but that they supposedly gave me a bigger size anyway. I told him that if I only paid for one large cup they still didn't give me what I paid for. He then starts arguing with me and tells me he could give me the large size but I would have to pay $3 extra. I had already paid over $22 for 2 drinks and had to wait for over 35 minutes, and told him it wasn't my fault the order wasn't rung up correctly and asked for a refund. He then points at the 2nd guy and says he'll help me with that then proceedes to go to the back room without saying anything to the 2nd guy. The 2nd guy came back and asked if they had resolved my problem, I told him no and that I wanted a refund because the 3rd guy was basically arguing with me when it wasn't my fault they might have charged me incorrectly and given me the wrong cup size. The guy said that the guy that was arguing with me was the manager but said he would correct the problem. A few minutes later he comes back with 2 large drinks but at this point I didn't really want the drinks after almost 45 minutes waiting. Besides who knows what they might have done to our drinks, but we ended up taking them and ended up throwing them away. Definitely not a good experience or a way to treat customers from the manager... Don't think we really want to go back to this place after this experience.

I’ve literally tried about 10 different boba spots throughout the valley and this by far is the best. I love the golden milk tea with the sea foam. It’s a 10 out of 10. I live in Tempe and I take the drive out to Avondale for this spot. Customer service and management is always on point. I highly recommend Bomboba.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently visited Bomboba, hoping for a quality bubble tea experience, but it was an absolute letdown. First off, the prices here are absurdly high for what you actually get. You’d think you’re paying for premium quality, but instead, you’re served a watered-down, low-quality drink that tastes like it’s barely worth half of what they’re charging.
On top of that, the place is *far* from clean. There were sticky floors and dirty tables, making the whole environment feel unhygienic. I honestly questioned how they’re handling food safety. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I requested my drink with no ice, but the attitude I received in response was ridiculous, as if I had committed a crime, try gave me half a cup of tea for $ 8.87. The staff acted like I was trying to take advantage of them, which was just cheap and unnecessary.
Save your money and go somewhere else that respects its customers and maintains a decent standard of quality and cleanliness. Bomboba is a hard pass.

Wouldn’t come here with the terrible customer service, mostly with the young kids working in the front, use to come to this place all the time but lately the place is so dirty, Had them make my drink and it was wrong, he said apparently he’s out of the same product to make my drink all of a sudden when another customer came to order the same drink and it was fine.
