Chanel is an absolute superstar and the heart of this McDonald’s location! She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a great experience, always bringing incredible kindness, a positive attitude. Corporate needs to recognize her hard work immediately Employees like her are incredibly rare.
McDonald's has taken their food and service down 3 notches to where only if you're starving and need something fast should you stop by there. I wouldn't even stop in that case but it's food. Big Mac is a now kids meal size and a joke burger... No more McDonald's for me. Starving or not.
