I come to this Sonic location daily to order a BAG OF ICE. Yes, I consume a whole bag everyday by myself. Often times in the middle of the night. When it's hot out and I'm waiting on my Uber they offer to hold it inside so it doesn't melt and bring me a cup of ice water to keep me cool. I always get friendly fast service. The property is clean and the employees seem genuinely happy working there. Here's the thing... A Bag of Ice is not offered as an option...

Stopped in for my 1/2 priced slushie. The service was quick, and the young girl that brought it out was very courteous. The only complaint was that there was lots of syrup down the side of my cup. Other than that it was a good visit.
