Being from TX, I love Whataburger food but damn the service here is slow for any pickup order. What's the purpose of placing an order in advance if I'm still waiting 10+ mins to get my food after I already spent 10 mins driving there. I gave y'all a head start and still end up waiting every single time.
It's great! The problem is its supposed to be fast food. We have tried this location 6 times since it opened, and not once were we handed our food, no matter the order size. We are always asked to pull forward or into curbside, and it always results in a 20-35 minute wait; once it was 38 minutes. Everyone is nice, and the food is good, just make sure you're not in a hurry and have about 30 minutes to wait for fast food. They always accommodate the wait with a pie or...
