Worst experience of my whole life. I waited an hour for two orders of FRIES. ? I went up to ask about 5 times if they were almost ready and all I got was “they should be out soon”. When I called they said it should only take ten minutes but we were there waiting for an hour while people were sit down ordering and getting their food already. We just ended up leaving rather than wait who knows how much longer for some literal French fries. Absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service I never want to go there again. Ruined my entire night.

Love chicken wings, and Wingstop is so good. I always get my order to go and I order online. I just go in, get my order and go. Noticed some of the other reviews were for dine in experience so figure I'd put my view in for take out.

I placed my order at 5:50pm, was told it would be 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about my order and the cashier told me it would be 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later I went to ask about my order and the employee told me it would be an additional 20 minutes because they were behind. I saw another family who had been waiting there longer than I had and they still hadn't gotten their food either. It's been over an hour now, and we are STILL waiting for our order. Literally do not waste your time coming to this location. They are a mess and can't keep up with both online and in-person ordering. Very unorganized. Poor customer service.

There has been way too many times the food taking forever, app says the amount of time to wait but as soon as you get there it’s like that time resets and starts again. NOT WORTH PLACING ORDER ONLINE! Dont waste your time like that.

Extremely long wait times. Staff has no sense of urgency and are not very helpful.
When placing an online order 40 minutes in advance and giving the time, i came into the store to pick up my order and still had to wait an additional 40 mins. Groups of workers were just upfront and in the back there was just 2-4 workers working slow. I understand they may be tired but, its their job, they get paid for it. Place had trash on floors and honestly the food tasted as id they just rushed through making it or didnt care to make it good.

NEVER GO HERE. I hope they get shut down. About 10 teen employees on the clock, did a walk in order. Somehow, still managed to get COLD food. Employees were blasting their own music over the stores. They didn't seem to understand food handling protocols. I've never cared to write a review - do not go to this location!

Placed a online order at 7:20pm, got told it would be a 45 minute wait. Okay long whatever, we went shopping and then went to wingstop to grab the food a hour later the order was placed. Come in at 8:20pm and half the employees are high as ever lmao, red eyes and don't know wtf they're doing, asked them if the order was ready, they asked for a name, if it was paid for, answered both questions and they told us it's almost out. Stood and waited there for another 20 minutes and asked the status of it again at 8:40pm, they asked us the same questions again? Gave me the idea they didn't even start on the order if they're re-asking the same questions again despite us ordering 1.5+ hours ago and told us it would be another 40 minutes wait... We just got a refund because who is waiting 2+ hours for 12 wings??? Then they were mad at us and giving attitude for getting the refund.. Don't go to a place run purely by stoned teenagers.
