Love chicken wings, and Wingstop is so good. I always get my order to go and I order online. I just go in, get my order and go. Noticed some of the other reviews were for dine in experience so figure I'd put my view in for take out.
I placed my order at 5:50pm, was told it would be 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about my order and the cashier told me it would be 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later I went to ask about my order and the employee told me it would be an additional 20 minutes because they were behind. I saw another family who had been waiting there longer than I had and they still hadn't gotten their food either. It's been over an hour now, and we are STILL waiting for our order. Worst experience of my whole life. I waited an hour for two orders of FRIES. ? I went up to ask about 5 times if they were almost ready and all I got was “they should be out soon”.
