took over 40 minutes to get an order that had been ordered online before we arrived. the staff didn't seem to know which way was up.
The person taking my order at the drive-through sounded like she rather be somewhere else.. the chicken strips were dry and the sides of mashed potatoes and gravy were laid on their sides so the gravy came out of under the lid and trickled into the bag. It is not the first time their service was unsatisfactory..this location although so conveniently next door, lacks serious enthusiasm by the young staff.
