Instead of handling it professionally, she yelled across the store to the drive-through employee who had brought my order out to my car, shouting, 'Hey, your customer is asking for a soda refill!'This behavior was very unprofessional. She embarrassed me in front of the entire store, and I believe she also embarrassed her coworker. I feel that this situation should have been handled with much more professionalism rather than her openly shouting out of frustration."“

“We absolutely love this location! It's the number one Slims in the valley! They have the best hot chicken, the best sawce and oh baby they actually cook their fries to perfection! I have never been disappointed by the fries here but I'm sad to admit that I have had many a bad fry at other locations. The staff here are 100 out of 50 with service and attention, they always get our order correct and they seem to actually enjoy their work. Not that it's important in a review that I see the staff enjoying their job, but when the staff just seem to enjoy what they're doing and you leave with great food, it leaves the kind of impression with you where you actually want to go back and spend your money there. “DELICIOUS Chicken! We ordered a Chicken with beans and Pasta salad. The salsas are very good and everything has an authentic Mexican taste. The staff was super attentive, on top of it and very nice. They made the experience perfect. They brought out the food all at the same time and brought us anything we asked for. Would definitely come back to this place. I recommend this place to dine in and also take out.

“I placed an online order about 15 minutes ahead for the 10-piece hot chicken thighs. When I arrived, they checked the order and told me the spicy ones weren’t ready and I could either switch to original or wait another 15 minutes for fresh spicy chicken. I chose to wait.

Honestly, it was worth it. The chicken was freshly fried, super hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. The flavor was great.

The wait was a little longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I’d rather wait for fresh chicken than get something that’s been sitting out. Would definitely order again.“

“When we first walked in all we smelt was sewer and it was very humid. The smell of rotten eggs disappeared bcuz we got used to the smell. Food wasn’t bad and the employees were friendly.. the interior was ok wasn’t to dirty. 2 employees were smoking outside when we were leaving, felt like they should of been inside cleaning instead of standing around outside but they are entitled to breaks. Hope the cook changed his gloves and plastic apron upon returning to work and washed their hands.. didn’t look to appealing from a customers point of view.“

“I would like to believe, and I do, that I have a verified and worthy opinion on chicken, in general coming from part of my background being raised partly in the south and I believe I am an equally worthy critic on the location because I have been in the area over 50 years spending my summers with my grandma so..... Here is my two cents worth on the food, service and the people who work there.
This location is the best location in the valley. For that matter, any location I have been to. Here's why.... This location has retained their employees for several years; maybe more. There is a young man working there going on his 3rd year. I believe the older female during the day is a Manager of some sort. I have interacted with both and they are always working and very helpful. I have never had a bad attitude from anyone. I have delt with the manager too and he is just as fantastic. I'm really telling the truth and happy to share this because this is a tough neighborhood. Most merchants don't trust nor treat anyone with very much respect. That is because many merchant s are treated poorly from the druggies and homeless. But, not these people. They treat everyone with kindness and respect and they do so without hurting anyone regardless of who or what they are.

The menu is updated and they are never out of any items hardly ever. I can say that when chicken costs more than gold and silver, Churches Chicken was still affordable and they didn't raise the price. Thank you for that Churches.

The food is always cooked, never burnt. They are always busier during the day serving a highschool, offices, manufacturing and the community.

I really can't say enough good about this restaurant and it's people except breakfast would be great. HEY CHURCHES, HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT BREAKFAST WAFFLES AND CHICKEN SERVED IN THE MORNING? PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT!! YUMMY!!
