Poor service! We ordered a $20 Fan Favorite Box, a Famous Bowl, and a 4-piece honey BBQ chicken tenders combo. After waiting 15 minutes for the order, the fries were overcooked, and we got all the way home and discovered the Famous Bowl was missing and had to go all the way back. No honey or butter was given for the biscuits, and no sauces were in the bag for the nuggets.

Absolutely revolting from beginning to end!!!! From service to the food! Have had two of the worst experiences with KFC in the past and thought after some time we would give it another try! Sadly - same terrible service. Completely incorrect order, and food missing which we’ve paid for!!!!! Husband said don’t bother even phoning as previously they did nothing to correct it! WE WILL NEVER eat KFC again, what a complete disgrace to what used to be a well known brand!
