One thing I didn't love, tried to get water, the nozzles are clearly not clean because the fruit punch/water nozzle made the water pink even after trying to flush it for a while. I'd get nozzle cleaning in the rotation again.“

The man running the front anticipated our every need, including- asking if we wanted substitutes on our meal, asking if we needed to use the restroom so he could unlock it for us, and asking if we needed a baby highchair. “I had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco location. The food was delicious and tasted fresh, just the way it should. Everything was prepared well, and you can tell they care about quality and consistency.

The store itself is super clean and well-maintained, which immediately made a good impression. Even the restrooms were very clean, which says a lot about how much attention they give to cleanliness and customer comfort.

On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone was polite, helpful, and made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. You can really feel the positive attitude and teamwork.

“DELICIOUS Chicken! We ordered a Chicken with beans and Pasta salad. The salsas are very good and everything has an authentic Mexican taste. The staff was super attentive, on top of it and very nice. They made the experience perfect. They brought out the food all at the same time and brought us anything we asked for. Would definitely come back to this place. I recommend this place to dine in and also take out.

“my brother raved about this restaurant back in 1998 in the San Diego area when I came to visit, and although it was good, I didn’t understand why until recently. Everything is made fresh, the meat, the sauces, presented hot and made to order.

I’ve stopped by for lunch a few times now and have not been disappointed. I get the combo with the flour tortillas and make my own tacos… delish!“
