I’ve been here twice and haven’t had any issues with the food quality. It’s KFC not a Michelin star restaurant people. The chicken is really good. In my personal preference, I don’t find it dry. However, I didn’t give it a higher rating because when I got home I noticed I was missing not one, not two, not three but FIVE pieces of chicken that I had paid for. Could it have been a genuine mistake, maybe. But it’s important...
I honestly admire and appreciate Michelle 's customer service values.
It is very hard to find , and I wish that more businesses would take a lesson or two from Michelle and her staff. This is the only KFC my family will go to.

I had a great experience at this KFC thanks to Anthony and Steffany! Both were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my order was fresh and exactly right. Anthony greeted me with a smile and kept the line moving quickly, while Steffany double-checked everything and made sure I had what I needed before I left. It’s rare to find staff who are this attentive and courteous. They made my visit smooth and enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back!
