Wow, asada burrito is amazing..
Great food
Carne asada burrito (and tacos) are the BOMB. Burrito is massive and delicious with all the fixings included. Speedy and hot to go. So glad we stopped!

Tacos Don Filemon is a favorite food truck spot, with great service both times. The carne asada burrito was fantastic, full of beans, rice, Carne Asada, guacamole, cheese, and salsa, with pico de gallo optional. It was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The shrimp tacos are amazing and to die for, and the tacos al pastor were super yummy and on the lighter side, served with small sides of rice and beans. The quesabirrias were crazy good, and the burritos are loaded with a whole bunch of meat. It is a little pricey but worth it. Consider bringing cash, as the payment system did not allow for a tip using a card reader, and there was no internet when there. The tip was well earned with great service with a smile. The woman who was the cashier as well as the cook didn’t speak English, but ordering was possible. This is the best spot in the area, and if passing by, this is the truck to try.
