The Navajo taco we ordered from Hogan Restaraunt last week was absolutely superb (fresh flatbread, homemade beans and wonderfully roasted chili on the side). The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. The food was served relatively quickly. There was a wonderful gift shop in the restaurant and it was next door to a trading post and museums. Well worth the visit.
Food was good to be honest but the waitress was quiet rude to the guest who were waiting. The waitress could have easily gone up to the Indian guest and tell them to quietly wait at the front until the next waitress was available. She was loud and did not have to raise her voice. Made the atmosphere uncomfortable....and she did it again for the same guest who was just looking at arts & crafts. I wish I could have said something to her but who am I to be in her business . Needs...
Very nice restaurant, the staff was friendly and kind! The food literally amazing, we tried a traditional Navajo dish with fry bread, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes and green pepper: delicious!
