The girls who work here are super rude and have bitchy, snobby attitudes. Especially the ones who wear long lashes and long nails (not so âbaddieâ energy). They never ask if I have a phone number so I can get points, they donât speak to you directly and when they do itâs like talking to a wall. Theyâre impatient when youâre ordering and the menu is on a big screen up front so itâs not like you can actually see the menu from back of the line so you have enough time to order. Idk if theyâre having a bad day but whatever the reason Iâll be returning the same energy back.

Got my son n his gf a sweet n salty freeze n myself an iced Blondie. Mine was watered down. My son said his wasn't AND! apparently I was supposed to get a bracelet today đ I did not get one... Infact this is the reason I hate tipping before hand. The service idk was ok. They had nobody but still took a moment to come up to us. Not a big deal but I'd say I'd had better service at other locations.

Got the Iced Cooke Butter with soft top and white chocolate drizzle extra sweet. They were super friendly, there was no waiting and the drink was very good. I will be back!

I want to take a moment to recognize Joey, because what she did today truly meant a lot to me. I forgot my wallet, and while I never expect anyone to step in or do anything extra, Joeyâs kindness and consideration honestly melted my heart. She didnât make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortableâshe simply led with compassion.
It wasnât about the coffee at all. It was about the energy she created in that moment. She made the space feel warm, human, and safe. That kind of kindness stays with people long after they walk out the door, and it reminded me that genuine care still exists in the world.
Thank you, Joey, for being the kind of person who lightens the room just by being in it. I wonât forget that.

I paid $7 for a small drink with cold foam and when it was handed to me, I noticed the texture looked odd. The girl saw me looking confused and insisted that the cold foam only looked different because they had shaken it and it was âwhippedâ. I took her word for it and left with the drink. After a few sips I couldnât drink it anymore. It had the texture of cottage cheese and was disgusting. I wish she would have just asked if I wanted it remade instead of making me think it was fine. A total waste of money. Iâve had cold foam several times before itâs never looked or tasted like this.

My first experience at 7 brew, I was so excited to go I finally had time and the service was interesting. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and very confused. The drink they handed me was sticky and messy. And I asked for a receipt and they seem very confused that they couldn't give one. They didn't know how to print one and then I overheard 1 of the workers say I was being mean about asking for it when I was actually very polite to them. I just have to keep receipts for tax purposes. So disappointed to be called mean for no reason one and two a very disappointing experience. I was very excited to try them but will not go again because of this experience.
