Really nice customer service but my smoothie bowl the base was freezer burnt and tasted horrible if I wanted a pre-frozen a smoothie bowl I would've just went to tropical smoothie

Got a large açaí bowl & paid extra for Nutella bc the bowl I wanted didn’t have it, they put ONE little drizzle of Nutella o my large bowl & when I asked for more they refused & said I would have to pay “extra extra”. It’s so crazy to me that I already paid extra and they can’t even add a reasonable amount, what’s even crazier is I come here very often & was trying to support local, but Tropical Cafe here I come bc they atleast aren’t penny pinching Nutella that was paid for as if it were liquid gold 😭😂

Açaí Paradise has the best açaí bowls I’ve ever had! Everything tastes fresh and the fruit is always perfectly ripe. I got the Paradise Bowl with peanut butter, and it was amazing. The granola is crunchy and the honey drizzle makes it even better. The place is clean, colorful, and has a fun vibe. The staff is friendly and always makes great recommendations. They also have smoothies and other healthy snacks that are really good. It’s the perfect stop on a hot day. I could seriously eat here every day. Definitely worth checking out!

This is one of the better Acai Bowles have had in the US. Definitely marking this down for a return on my next business trip. Give your ball about 15 minutes to defrost a little bit and it's absolutely perfect.
