I was excited to try these locally roasted coffee beans that I found at whole foods especially because i got them with a very fresh roast date. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The coffee was overwhelmingly harsh and burnt tasting I feel like I wasted $20 on something that doesn’t taste remotely good in comparison to every other coffee I’ve bought this year.maybe it is just not for me because it is roasted too dark but I like coffee on the darker side and I would not...
I cannot give these folks enough stars! They provide the coffee for my cafe in rural New Mexico. First, their coffee is amazing! I’ve lost count of the compliments. Second, it’s coffee from sustainable and ethical origins. Third, it was a delight to work with Scott and it is just as much a delight to work with Josh. To say they are supportive and accommodating is an understatement. If you are looking for amazing coffee from amazing folks, look no further.
Josh is very knowledgeable and friendly.They also sell their beans at local farmers markets so you might catch their stands there.I walked in there and there were three people actively roasting coffee. I'm definitely going to come here for the freshest beans for my morning cup. Highly recommend!
