Do not buy from here or anywhere. Moldy food next day? Like what? Disgusting. 3rd batch i bought of tortillas and 1 day after having them they are bad.

Today 2/3/25 i went in about 9am in the morning worse place ever. Bad customer service the cashier was rude. When i was paying from my drinks i saw they had tortillas in the front i seen one packet with a green as u can see and i asked the lady what was that and she said it was flavored tortillas like uh what. But she said if ur looking for regular ones their by the meats she said and kept trying to send me out there untill i said ok yeah im nit wanting any in asking why they are green and she. Couldnt explain gave me a look then I pulled my phone out to take a picture she then picked up other tortillas threw then on top of the bad ones and told me to NOT take pictures. N Unm excuse me yes i am bcus this is not okay at all. So if ur shopping here for tortillas i would think twice or check them at all times bcus by the looks of it they sell tortillas with some green and they were not flavored ones as u read the description or label. Anyways thought i would let everyone know play the cashier was really rude then she asked what i was making my payment with n i told her my payment and she then made this weird face at me bcus of the type of payment anyways horrible all horrible if i could give negative stars for the bad service and rotten tortillas i would

The cashier was mad or something because she was dropping hard the doughnuts inside rhe bag, I ask her for a different way to place them inside the bag, those pieces can be mess up just dropping inside the bag.! The customer service is always important and she just don't care about it

These tortillas are disgusting. I bought at Walmart and opened them the same day to make enchiladas. They were all stuck together and black with some kind of ashy/oily gunk all over them. The outside tortillas looked fine. The date was current. Never again.

This place is for the birds but I doubt the birds would bother coming there. Rude people service is horrible. If you want masa for tamales go elsewhere. They don’t know how to make it the taste is horrible like chemicals and they charge an arm and a leg for it plus you have to wait around until their poor young employee that most likely has no clue how to make it prepare it and bring it up front to the cashiers that are dressed like they’re going to a dance when they get off work. Puhleez owner run your business like you care.

Always fast friendly service

I went there all the way from the east side, and when I came back home, their bread had mold. First time that happened to me. I've been there several times. That was probably an ooppssss. I will still be going there

I’d like to give a five star review but any tortilla factory that uses vegetable oil and soybean oil in the manufacturer of their tortillas is doing a disservice to their customers that stuff is not healthy . Please use real lard.

Went in this morning and manager 'Lorena' was yelling at an employee in front of customers, making everyone uncomfortable. Owners daughter is on phone, and no help to customers. It is very unprofessional business.

Must say been in the neighborhood for 35 years. Alejandro Bakery has been upset the past year. Tortillas to bread to menudo. It's just not as good as it used to be. Tortillas menudo and bread are a no-go zone.

I'm from Tucson and I'm pissed off. I'm over here in Biloxi Mississippi and I need my Alejandro tortillas. Right now you are not offering shipping all over the USA. If I could get these tortillas here. I could sell them for a fortune because they are the best anyone has ever had, they just don't know it yet. But I just want them for myself. Get with it and sell them on Amazon or something.
