The cashier had a terrible attitude. They don't pay you or what? If customer service isn't your thing, do something else. It was my first time shopping there, but for me it is my debut and farewell.

Had our first meal here a few days ago. Tried the calamari, red chile burro enchilada style, carne asada tacos, beans & rice. Everything was delicious & it was the best red chile we've had in Tucson! Service was excellent as well! Going back tonight & can't wait!

Terrible service really. We wanted to buy bread and they told us no because we were going to run out and they didn't want to make more. Literally how they told us. Next time let's place an order days in advance. I don't recommend them because even the manager was very very rude.

They treat the employees and customers badly, they talk bad about them among themselves and pure drama, they also have cockroaches, it lasted a week and all the people told me that they were surprised because every time they went they were all good mothers and yes, even with one, that's why they don't have workers and this lady with a fuchi face working all day ? I don't recommend them.

Love this place. We originally went here because a Sonoran hot dog truck owner told us this where he buys his hot dog buns. But the things in their Bakery are great too. Probably a little bit too good. Help is friendly. Rest of the store is small and has a variety of canned goods and a small meat market, which we haven't tried yet.

Looking for pozole and it's the only place I found it. It was actually great but line and crowd was ridiculous. Didn't get a chance to try anything else, but judging on the lines, it wouldn't surprise me that it is also great.

Our neighbor gifted us 1/2 a dozen green corn tamales as for the holidays. We have, in the past been very disappointed with them from other vendors & we were Thrilled with Alejandro's Tortilla Factory's. My husband is a gourmet chef & is extremely discerning about our food. He told our neighbor who gave them to us that that Your green corn tamales were fluffy & flavorful. We will be coming for more of them...Happy Holidays to All & Thank You

I've been buying prepared masa here for over 10 years with no problem.This year their quality has gone way down. My girlfriend and I both purchased 20 lbs each and it was awful. It was grainy and with chunks of lard that wasn't blended in well. One of the batches was too runny to put on the hojas so I had to add Maisena and salt for a useable consistency and mix more. I am very disappointed and will not buy from them again!

I have been buying 20 lbs of prepared masa here for over 10 years for Christmas and it was always good, but this year it was a disappointment for the price. It had chunks of lard in it and the consistency was not smooth like it should be. I had to add Maisena and salt a mix again. Sorry Alejandro's but you just lost a good customer. Will not recommend your masa!
