Both times visiting and we were very disappointed! Please DO NOT claim that you have “world famous wings”, easily bottom half of Tucson! They were not crispy and chewy with not much flavor! Pretzel bites were heavily salted and the food is mediocre at best! Only good thing about this bar/restaurant is the sports theme atmosphere, everything else is zero stars!

Great place to watch a game, or games (tons of TVs.) Staff has been nothing but pleasant and efficient, food is extraordinary. I've had the original sauced wings, cup pepperoni pizza, pizza sticks, queso, roast beef on weck and the meatball hoagie. No complaints. Fantastic place with an amazing staff and delicious food to make your dinner experience unforgettable.

We decided to try the Anchor Bar because we had gone to the one in Austin, Texas a few times. This has recently opened and they are still working out the kinks. My hubby loves Mac & Cheese so he ordered it. It was not tasty at all, had kind of a weird texture and color. We told our server, Alex and he took it off the bill. The manager came by and asked us about the dish, so that he could rectify the recipe. I had the wings & shrimp combo with a side salad. I had wanted to try the wings and they were delicious with a bourbon BBQ sauce. The shrimp was battered as well and were pretty tasty. The salad was fresh. Our server tried very hard to please us and we appreciated his good service. The dining room and bar are very nice and appealing. There are TV's everywhere. They also have a patio area. Overall a decent experience and we will be back, we will just wait a couple of months for things to smooth out.

Went for the first time to watch the Bills game - tvs everywhere! No bad seat/no bad views.
The patio was perfect for the weather.
Staff did a solid job, good food and timely drink refills despite the big crowd of bills backers.

Made the mistake of ordering this place on Uber Eats for lunch. The sandwich was missing cheese and sauce. The wings I got were old, dry, and tasted and smelled like rancid burnt grease/oil. The blue cheese cup they sent was so old it had a layer of discolored yellowish top and an indent from the top of the lid across the surface. The bun the sandwich came on also had more salt on it than the entire order of fries, which were also rancid smelling. My house literally smells like someone's grease trap right now I had to take out the trash after I threw away the wings.

It was food. Very carbon copy corporate vibes with zero seasoning. Doesn’t even qualify as bar food. 2 stars because I enjoyed the service my waitress gave.

Ordered the wing and tender combo. Did lemon pepper wings and garlic parm fingers. Everything was absolutely perfect. The wings BIG juicy and the flavor was out of this world. Tenders thick juicy and incredible flavor. The lemon pepper tots like wow.
Im in town visiting family from buffalo ny. These wings were way better than even the wings at the original anchor bar.
5 stars will be back everytime I visit tucson

My new favorite bar! As a vegan, I was pleased to see options on the menu. Good food, excellent service, friendly servers
We stopped in to watch the Bills beat the Patriots, ordered the beef on weck, which was as good as what I’ve had home, near Buffalo. The wings were pretty good as well. Found the service to be top notch, even though it was quite busy, our server was attentive and on top of things. We will go back to watch the Bills play.

Before I begin I lived in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY for 34 years. Let me tell you there was never a line to eat at the Anchor Bar.
This was one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. The wings were fatty and not crispy at all. The pizza dough was still raw. It hadn't cooked through. I dont know if they use a conveyor style oven or a brick oven. The bottom was not hot enough to cook the dough.
20 wing order and two tiny cups of ranch. We asked for blue cheese! In Buffalo wings come with blue cheese you have to ask for ranch.
I was super disappointed to not see Buffalo memorabilia. There were some pictures, sure. But I didn't notice anything Bills or Sabres related. There is a family chain of hotdog restaurants called Ted's Hotdogs in the suburbs of Buffalo and one in Tempe, AZ. When I walk in it's like being transported to Western New York. I expected to have the same experience at Anchor Bar.
You may ask why I didn't complain about the food. My server had not returned after he brought the food. I actually spent my meal with an empty glass!!
The friends we went with arrived at the same conclusion.
