They absolutely ignore your request. I placed my order and called them to make sure my order was going to handled correctly and they blatantly just didn't do it. This food isn't cheap ai should get what I'm paying for. I have never order food for here and gotten everything I requested but they took all the money off my card immediately. They do a apologize but do nothing to fix it. I'm not eating here anymore I'll go where my business appreciated and I'm shown that !

Great seafood selection. We've dined here a number of times. Always good. Service hasn't been so great. Staff doesn't come by often enough checking for refills. On a recent visit we waited for her return to ask for our bill, finally asked the bartender for help. After a few minutes after telling our server we were ready to go the bartender finally took care of it

DD delivery order included one Fish Plate and one childs Cheeseburger. Fish was very greasy, fries were awful and the Cheeseburger was burnt. I will never eat at this establishment again.

Excellent experience went on date night with my Wife she had never been. Just us and the baby. Had two different sampler platters. Calamari was delicious. Are boils were amazing!! Juan was holding it down as the bartender and our waiter. He was so friendly and attentive!! For the almost hour and half drive to eat there. It was well worth it . We will definitely be back. Awesome experience from the hostess also. And the busser who was entertaining conversation with my almost two year old!!! Thank you for the great service!!!

Awesome Cajun inspired food. The catfish is awesome, the popcorn shrimp are tender and delicious, the fried clam strips are delicious and plentiful. Malachi made sure we had bottomless supplies of sauces and DELICIOUS SWEET TEA.

Went to eat here for my wife's birthday. Came as a group of six and sat down to order. Took us 45 minutes just get a appetizer and well over an hour to get our dinner. When our $300 boil came out it was dead cold. Everything in there was cold. When I brought it up to the manager's attention she seemed surprised that we would say anything about cold food. Then they asked if I wanted them to take it back and reheat it. Like I really want seafood that's been reheated two, maybe 3 times now. Because food poisoning is awesome, lol. It was really a bummer. We had eaten here a year or two ago and it was really good food. We were very excited to get some lobster l, crab and other seafood. Now we're having to order takeout from Raising Cane's. At least we won't get food poisoning from here

I love this place, they always provide amazing service quickly and politely! The serving sizes too for a seafood boil are always over the top. It can be a bit pricey but getting good seafood away from the coast with great seasoning is hard to come by.
