Our favorite place to stop at when we come to Tucson!! The manager is very social with the customers and our server Ashton was great definitely recommend food is always excellent and the music choice made the stop that much better

I’ve had their shrimp and grits before and it’s been awesome which is why I came back for another round. Needless to say someone dropped the ball on this one. My grits were runny and not thick at all as it should be. It literally fell thru my fork as you can see in the video. Also, adding the trifecta sauce that was on the side only made it even more runny. Shrimp was the only good thing about this meal.
I did call the restaurant and they stated they were training new people and management offered me 25% off my next meal. I will try again later and hope that the issue is resolved next time!

Honestly one of the quietest angry crabs I’ve been to, it was a nice change compared to the norm. Food and service were ok. Nothing spectacular on either end.

I placed an online order here, but I was not thrilled to receive tilapia when I had ordered catfish. They tried to hide the fact that it was tilapia by being heavy-handed on the corn breading and Cajun seasoning, but the fish's flavor profile was completely wrong!
Should of listened to reviews, food is very low quality. Got the garlic noodles 🍜 and they had no flavor, jambalaya also very bad flavor, Got an order of $32 🦞 lobster roll only to be disappointed . Surprisingly the only item we enjoyed on the menu was kids chicken strip and fries at this seafood restaurant. Will not be returning or recommend. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Was not impressed!! The booth cushions are so ripped up it was disgusting!! There was only tiny pieces of crab in the snow crab, corn was overcooked like it was last nights. We will not be a repeat customer. Oh and there was something plastic floating in the toilet. You need to clean this restaurant up, bad!!!

Family took me to crab shack for Father’s Day. Sat in the bar area. Waited twenty minutes for our drink order to be taken. Food was decent but the oysters were over cooked. I was unable to chew/swallow them. When I mention the issue to the waitress she condescendingly asked if I had ever eaten oysters before…. Yes. I grew up in the deep south gulf coast region. I know what oysters should taste like. Instead of addressing my issue she commented that it was odd because they were fresh oysters. Then she proceeded to charge me for a dish I was unable to eat and never returned to our table. Instead she sent other employees to our table to deliver the check and finalize the meal. I expected a manger to come by but only the full price $200+ check came. Will avoid this place in the future.
