My family enjoyed their meal in a bag and the jambalaya. The lobster roll was completely unseasoned meat in a hot dog bun, but there was a good amount of it. It could have been forgiven if the fries weren't cold.

If you love seafood this place is a must! I’m usually a straightforward rater. This was my second time around. They provide you with all utensils you’ll need, bib and gloves! Trust me you’ll need the gloves. Depending on what you order it’s brought in a large plastic bag. I was taken back the first time but the mindset is to let the food soak in all the butter and seasons you chose. It was my daughters birthday and my husband went all out and got the family what was the name of that dish the family what the crab the angry crab the family platter was it was the family feast. When you see a whole lobster on the menu for this dish it’s shocking when they bring it to you. This lobster must’ve been a three pounder! All the different types of seafood you could imagine. Certainly not what I expected. Now the price was 180. But like I said we went all out for three of us and lots of take home. The drinks were also very good. Good service with fun atmosphere. It’s truly a great eating experience. Don’t think twice about this place. As far as budget goes don’t fret they have a big menu to select from. Ample parking too. Enjoy!!!

I went to angry crab shack last night with my family as a pre Easter dinner , they exhibited the most unprofessional display I have ever seen in my life , as we were walking in and being sat down waiting to order half the staff were outside harassing a group of car people who were just hanging out in the lot away from them. It was about almost an hour untill we were served , the seafood boil was over cooked and barely any butter it was all powder , the shrimp was cold . I think they should worry less about the guys with nice cars out front and do your damn job. How do you run a seafood boil place and you’re outside arguing with a bunch of kids threatening them . Maybe cook properly and you won’t have an empty parking lot for the youngins to park their cars . Cause let’s be honest it’s not like you had a lot of people in there .Kid-friendliness: They will try to charge your children as adults and add them to gratuity .

Didn’t even get to make it inside, my family and I pulled up and the manager was outside threatening to punch people in the face and kicking peoples cars, the people he was yelling at weren’t even near angry crab.

Thanks for breaking my side skirt on my car! Do not go here ever! If you want somewhere that you can feel safe from the employees this is the place not to go. People loved seeing those cars and seeing community. Until one of the managers, his wife and his daughter decided to all be very hostile. He blamed everyone else while there was different issue. Threatening people, kicking my vehicle? Threatening to assault people of color? What’s with the management who yelled at the STANGS. None of them did nothing wrong. Look at the footage and you’ll see the truth. This manager and his family need to be brought to justice, and owes about 28 people apologies. If you want somewhere safe to eat do not go to this restaurant. Don’t blame people without knowing the full story. Getting into service members faces too. Severely disappointed

For the price you'd think they would give you crackers for the crab but we were told they didn't have any. The sauce we usually get was just powder and no butter. The butter was straight oil when we asked for some for the sauce in the bag. Truly disappointed. Used to be my fav seafood. Don't think we will be going back. Hope things change for the better there soon.

Me and my husband decided to eat dinner in this restaurant for our wedding anniversary with our kids it ended up nightmare… first of all the server was really nice. When we got in and we ordered family meal for $180 and a chicken sandwich, calamari. When we dug in and we were enjoying the food shrimp, sausage, king crabs, and corn. But, when I opened the crab that my daughter was eating I noticed it’s raw! So I called our server and told her our crab is raw and she said, “Oh yeah the crab is raw!” and she apologizes about it and took it back. I was disappointed and worried about my daughter with the food, because my daughter ate raw crab… So, my husband asked for the check! We decided to stopped eating. Then my husband saw that they were charging us extra $42 Gratuity which is 18% of the bill will be added if a party of 6 or more adults says in the menu lower left!! So my husband asked on why we were getting charged when there is just 2 adults with 4 kids, why would theSo the waitress got the manager.. So since they want us to pay the $42 I also told manager they gave us raw crab and my daughter ate almost half of raw food!!! Which, by the way, the manager blamed us for eating raw food! She kept saying why did you eat raw food! It is not!! Our responsibility to make sure that our food is cook properly? When all we want is to have a nice and cooked family feast! l can’t believe that’s how the manager confront me and my family…. So meaning we should watch our children on what they’re eating whenever we dine out? Aren’t we supposed to eat out with confidence and no worry on not getting food poisoning!? By the way, when we came sat down we saw someone vomit all over the floor. But, we didn’t judged base on what we saw of what happened there! Till we experienced it! That place need to be examined by health department ASAP! Especially since we have 4kids to eat their food!!! The manager can’t even talk nice. She seems upset at us when we were trying to explain our side. She thinks we’re mad because of the extra $42.. Not only the manager’s rudeness, but also we were disappointed that some of our food is raw! We left almost 3/4 of our meal in that place! Still paid it in full! 255 dollars amount. So the manager decided to take off the $42 and she say next time I won’t take the 42 dollars off again!! What? There is no next time going back to this restaurant. We paid $255 for the worst restaurant services and a non-friendly manager. She’s so rude trying blame us on why we ate the raw food. Yes anything over 6 people if no kid meals were ordered then there is an 18% gratuity added to your check. This happens at most restaurants. I did take off the gratuity because you were upset and I did not want to escalate the issue.You said to your server that you felt the crab was not thoroughly cooked so we made a new one for you and made sure it was temped out (as always) and the crab was not eaten at all. You also said that you were happy when the other crab came back and said the server gave you great service.As for the vomit on the floor someone spilled their Clam Chowder and was cleaned straight away so I'm sorry about that.I'm sorry your expectations fell short but we strive to deliver the best service and food. -> Wow you are such a good liar lady manager it’s okey your words against “KARMA”! A friend I haven't seen in 30 years came to town and I took him to the Broadway location. What a fantastic experience! We both ordered soup and gumbo before the boil bags. The food was absolutely amazing, the crab was sweet and succulent. everything else was great too. Our server, Ashley, was hilarious and attentive. I'd come back just to sit at one her tables again. I will absolutely recommend ACS to anyone looking for a fun night of good food!
