Applebee's Grill + Bar

We received terrible service. Our drink order was taken and 20 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. We had to track down the server to get our order in before Happy Hour ended and then he returned to say it was too late for Happy Hour. We asked for the manager but after waiting another 5 minutes we just left the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't busy but we felt we could do better elsewhere.

Not horrible but nothing spectacular also: food was good. Server was competent, service was quick. Prices are standard. Tables are in good repair, but the building and bathrooms need a remodel. There's lots of wear and tear

I used to come here all the time (moved away for a few years and moved back) because I'm partial to the spinach dip and the pretzels with beer cheese. The server was good. The pretzels were still good. Spinach dip was eh. But I also got the Chipotle lime nachos and it was terrible. I hate complaining and I never send things back but this one I did. Everything was cold. And I was so hungry I contemplated just eating it. But when I got to the guacamole I couldn't. It tasted like straight salt. I just couldn't do it. The server took it back and I ordered something else. Which I got to go since we were done w the appetizers and my partner finished his meal. He got the 4 cheese mac and cheese, and he said it was good but it wasn't mac and cheese. More like alfredo. Plan is to eat my to go for lunch at work today so I have no idea yet if it's good. Hopefully it is. But I'm sad to see that the place is in disrepair and the food quality has gone down since I've been here last. I don't know that I'll be back. $80 is a lot for mediocre.

Edit: just warmed up one of the chicken skillets I got to-go to have for work today and picked 2 long brown hair strands out of my teeth. My hair is purple so definitely not mine and we did not open it at all after leaving. Just straight into the fridge. I'm grossed out and now I have to use what's left my lunch break to go find food and hopefully it's made in time that I can still eat it.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was fantastic, best burger than I've had in a long time.

Our waitress was so rude. It was me and three other people. She looked at us like we were freaks. When we ordered, she mumbled the entire time and stormed off right after. She continued to walk by us, barely giving us a glance or check on us. One of my friend’s sodas tasted off. When we got our meal, there were many things missing from what we asked our server to add or remove. And when we’d ask for something, the waitress let out an audible groan of annoyance. Plus, when she gave us our checks, she practically slammed it down and walked away. She never looked at us once. I will NEVER eat at this location again. The service is absolutely terrible.

Went in for dinner and didn’t expect the wait to be so long. About an hour. The Really Big Meal Deal was exceptional. The Mozzarella Sticks were hot and cheesy. Thank you to the Manager who cared enough about the customer experience.

I did a door dash at this Applebee's it was nice inside hostess was helpful she directed me to where I can pick up what I needed it was fast in and out I would go back there and eat, it has been a while since I have eaten at an Applebee's will have to try them out again.

This place is a crap shoot. Almost empty like 8 table sat with over 15 open tables booths. Host and waitress told us party of 4, 30minute wait to seat and I was confused do to the lobby being empty. Rude as hell the whole time like it was an inconvenience that people came in to eat. Everyone in the waiting area was getting frustrated. Don’t waste you money hear
