Typical Applebee's. The food was good. They didn't have a lot of staff serving, but it was no big deal as we were not in a hurry.Parking: Limited spots near restaurant, but plenty of spots in walking distance in mall lot nearby.
The steak was like shoe leather and overcooked. The boneless wings were like chewing rocks. Very disappointing.

Every time me and the wife go to this Applebee's it's a different experience. The service is always just mid tier. Food and drinks are always good. However it's just dark and a little uninviting. Also the decor is weird, like a shinanigans or a dive bar. Also when we went there were a ton of booths available and instead of sepperating the guests they piled us all in one corner.

Worst customer service. Went early for the lunch-early dining menu. Waited 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant and service was slow, so when the waitress took our order she said it was now 5:00 and we couldn't order off the menu we were given. Asked for the manager, Marianne, and she said there was nothing she could do. We told her we had been there is plenty of time but were kept waiting up front and she said we had to order by 5.Ridiculous. We left.

My family and I really enjoyed our lunch outing here! The service was phenomenal from the entire staff here. Our waitress was amazing (I'm beating myself up for not remembering her name!). All the food we ordered was delicious ? no complaints as everything here was a pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back again!Kid-friendliness: There was a lot of choices for the kiddos on the kid menu and the atmosphere was very inviting. The kids and ourselves were treated so kindly by the staff and we felt very welcomed here!

Way too long of a wait with so many empty tables, hostess couldn’t even do her job right…. A customer that was waiting for a table put my name on the list. Waited about 20 mi and left! I believe they were very short handed , and what bothered me the most we were not ever even acknowledged by the hostess and a waitress was having some personal conversation with a table rather than cleaning tables or helping the very inept hostess! Someone needs to have a talk with the manager and see if he or she needs help hiring capable people.
