I ordered food yesterday and it was horrible. It was the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. The noodles were undercooked. The broccoli was still crunchy. And the chicken was rubbery and there was not enough sauce. One of the worst dishes I've ever had. I threw it in the garbage.

Applebee's is Applebee's. If you want something that will consistently not be horrible it's a safe place to eat. I don't think I would ever pay real money to come here but my husband and I got a gift card and finished our food and had a nice time.

Placed an order at 6pm to have it picked up at 6:50pm. Arrived at my designated pick up time, checked in with the link they texted me, waited 20 additional minutes and still no food. Walked inside to the Order Pick Up area and was never acknowledged even though several servers walked by. Finally had to ask the bartender myself where my order was, all of a sudden it was ready then and there. They were not that busy at 7pm on a Sunday night.

This location still seems to attract good staff. I have been going to this Applebee's since 2012 and have rarely EVER had a completely bad experience. I do miss karaoke night. That has been gone for a very long time. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO TRY THE CHICKEN QUESADILLA! It is an appetizer, but it is extremely delicious. It is on happy hour as of the time of writing, so it is discounted during that time slot. Even if it comes off happy hour, I will still be ordering this appetizer. Mozzarella sticks are always super hot and crispy, too.
Vegetarian options: I did not look for vegetarian options. I apologize for my oversight.
Dietary restrictions: Like many restaurants, you can customize your order. The more complicated it is, though, the easier it will be to make a mistake. Please be patient. They will remake something if was created for the wrong dietary need.
Kid-friendliness: Fun paper kid menu with crayons. There are great options for the kids outside of happy hour, but we usually just come during happy hour and get the appetizers. The kids love the appetizers.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have seating that is available via ramps. Handicap parking.
Great lunch deals for my wife and me! Plus, we scored on the NFL Pick 6, which got us some BBQ boneless chicken nuggets/wings. I wished they'd season their meats!

Got a table and waited 30 minutes with no service. Watched several other tabels get helped but no one came to ours. No one even came near our table. Just walked out.
I just went there to your establishment restaurant for the second time the first time I went I felt something wasn't right the food was right so my girlfriend didn't want to go there anymore I went for the second time a year later and I waited to get seated for 10 minutes and people got seated after me I think it's racist over there bad service I will never go there again very bad experience and to top that off I'm kind of like a local legendary dancer around here so that really bothered me and I'm black too 😔😔 it's a shame America still this way one of the worst experiences in a restaurant of my life I'm tired of racism but sometimes you have to deal with it though right 😇 but I still love Arizona and I still love Tucson 😇🫡👍🥳♥️😊

When greeted the hosts tells me there will be a 5 minute waited . I really did not see the point of that when their where hardly any cars in the parking lot. When brought to our table . I noticed how it was just right around the Conner . The waiter took a little longer than normal .

I've been a server for two years at a breakfast reasuturant. I had heard Applebee's was hiring so I went in and and introduced myself. I guess I spoke to the assistant manager because he told me to apply on the website. Went to the website and showed nothing available so i called the store again to see how I go about it. I guess the real manager answered the phone in a extremely rude tone. I had said I was just in there and spoke to a manager, her response " no you didn't I'm the manager " in a super disrespectful tone. Then I proceed to tell her the websites not showing anything , her response " you have to apply on indeed and if there's any openings we'll call you" again in a super disrespectful tone. I can't believe she's a manager talking to people with the attitude she had. And I even called in the morning as soon as they open so no one was in the reasturant. I know they weren't busy at all so I wasn't inconveniencing anyone. After I applied on indeed I went back in to let them know I did. Got nothing but death stares from what I'm assuming was the actual manager. Very shitty people skills if you ask me. Definitely glad I won't be working here. Their hostess is a regular of mine and she's the one who told me to apply. Very disappointed.
