Customer service was fantastic. I took my daughter in to redeem a kid's meal certificate she got at school. The server and the manager were both so kind and attentive, and they even wrote her name and a congratulations on the takeout bag. I'm so impressed with those two workers. And she's enjoying the food!Kid-friendliness: The Highlights brand kids menu games kept us occupied well while we waited for our order.

We waited at the front for a while before anyone came to seat us. The restaurant was pretty empty. We got there around 7pm. We were finally seated in a booth by the bar (party of 4). Our waiter was also the bartender, I believe his name was Jake. He was not busy nor was the restaurant busy. I also work in a restaurant so I’m usually very laid back when it comes to restaurant staff as I know it’s a hard job. It took awhile to get our order into the POS, and once it came out, only 2 of the 4 meals came out. Our waiter did notice, and promptly got the rest of the food out to us. But that was it. We never got checked on again. Luckily our food was fine so we didn’t need any remakes. Meanwhile we hear a lot of laughing and talking coming from the back of house where all the staff was. My husband finally went up to the bar to ask for boxes and our bill, 40 mins after we finished eating without ever being checked on. It just seemed like some of the staff need more training on how to better serve customers instead of hanging out together.

This is probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had And I always leave good reviews for people And their staff.We Ordered a skillet With a chicken breast, mashed potatoes and broccoli.I asked to add cheese to my broccoli We also ordered a trio appetizer. Our server was simon. We waited about 45 minutes and never received our appetizer.We ended up getting our food first,I could hear the sizzling of the chicken and cheese But my mashed potatoes and broccoli were COLD NO HEAT TO THEM. It doesn't make sense that you send out a skillet with 2 cold sides.So we brought it to Simon's attention and he said no problem. HE SAID I talked to the manager and they're going to REMAKE your food.Another 20 minutes pass and we finally get our appetizer. Which is now been over an hour.Mind you, we went in at 10 PM, And the place was almost empty about four or five different customers, so it shouldn't have taken that long.Now we waited another 25 minutes for them to refire our skillets.I noticed when they brought the skillet back that the arrangement of the chicken was identical as the one that we got previously because it had crispy onions on top and I HAD smaller onions and my spouse had bigger onions. So I thought that was kind of strange that it looked the same.The manager brought out our " refired skillets", And I told him that there was no cheese on my broccoli And I already had ask for IT originally so he offered a cheese sauce which took another 10 minutes to receive.When I move my broccoli around, Originally they had put shredded CHEDDAR cheese on my original skillet.I noticed that they used the same skillet with chicken because the cheese was cheddar That was put on top of my Broccoli the first time And had melted on the side of the skillet under the new batch of broccoli.So now they gave us chicken that had been reheated up and was super Dry.We can tell by the way, that the skillet had all the original sauce baked onto it.Instead of sizzling and able to move around the bottom cheese on the skillet like the original one had .I brought it to simon's attention and let him know that we were not going to pay for the meals because of the poor experience and that we wanted to talk to the manager.He said that the manager was too busy to come and talk to us that he was walking out plates to other tables when They weren't even that busy.I told Simon that he said they were going to remake our meals and all they did was reheat. Our stuff and still took over 30 minutes to bring us something that they probably put in the microwave and acted like they refired it.Once we told Simon that they never remade it, he looked shocked that I knew what they did.The manager never came out And we waited for him An additional 15 minutes.Simon said that we should have came in at a time That wasn't so busy and we would have had a better experience.I could not believe that I heard this from our server. It was the most upsetting thing because we had nothing Negative to say about simon until he tried to cover up for the poor service that we received.Poor Simon is being led by poor leaders he had potential.I don't think it matters What time we come in or how many customers there is, There shouldn't be an excuse for poor service Or poor quality food.If we are paying for it, we deserve to receive what we pay for.I believe the manager did not want to deal with hearing us. Tell him that they never refired the chicken.I Spent a lot of time in the kitchen And I'm a chef myself And I can tell that the chicken was just reheated and not remade.This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I want somebody to reach out to me. To make sure that this was heard or I will keep leaving negative reviews until somebody reaches out to me.Simon was polite and apologetic, manager did not care enough about our poor experience, simon was more concerned then the manager.Update 3/26/2024Owner promised to reach out like u see below but he never did.Poor service starts with the owner

No one ever comes out anymore when you do car side to go. You have to go inside. You will be told your food will be ready at a certain time and it won’t for they don’t start making it until it’s time for you to pickup your order so you will have to wait another 15 minutes. This is all while the restaurant is not busy. Spoke to manager Marcella and she was very rude and combative. I’ll go somewhere else from now on where there is better customer service and quality food.

Wow! The manager here is so mean and disrespectful. I can't believe what I heard. She needs to go! She has absolutely no respect for her staff. She needs to go! She is a problem that I hope never to see again. She needs to go!

This location was clean, parking lot could use some better lighting at night. Food is great and service is good too. I haven't been to an Applebee's in a while but pretty expensive for 2 people. With an app and 2 entrees. Definitely expect to spend over $75.00.

Wow what a change .service was awesome. Food was excellent. Hey where else can you eat for 15.99 all you can eat. 3 different choices. Shrimp, Ribs orBone in Chicken. Served with fries. After you Finish your first entry. You can order Another entry of your choice . Hell, you can't even get MAC and Wax for that . (Abbreviated) you know the clown guy that sells food.Tell you what the service is awesome. I really appreciated going there cause I do love applebee's this place Has Really stepped up to the Plate. try it

We will not ever be returning to Apple Bees because this restaurant since the beginning of the C- Virus strictly had enforced and dictated the mask mandate which we were against. Finally deciding as a family that we could return since the mask mandate had been lifted.. to our surprise our family that consisted of my brothers B-day guests were in for a disappoinment .We decided on a few night caps before we decided going home after a wonderful dinner and cocktails at the El Corral. Upon our arrival we were faced with our previous pre pandemic waitress that acted as the Gestapo police after I told her the $9 margarita special they've been advertising was very weak and had a weird flavor of smoke. She told me it was the Mescal Tequila which I was not familiar with. I've had other brands of Mescal that did not give that flavor at high quality tequila bars. I decided to top off with a margarita mixer I carry with me in case the flavor is low quality. I honestly mentioned to her that I topped it off and didn't like it and apoligized. I explained my mother was ok with the flavor and would take it over and that I would like a regular classic lime Margarita.I added my own mixer I carry in case of this liw quality situation happens. I was honest with her and explained what I did. She rudely reported me to her Master Authority Supervisor that reprimanded me for adding the mixer. Later she came back and apologized for her ignorance. If I'm paying $9 for a special advertised Margarita and it's diluted or unsatisfactory in flavor and I happen to not be a driver and decide to top off and then decide to be honest with my server that it still isn't good drink even after I add value to the drink then I don't ever need to return to communisim establishment. We've had her in the past before the C-Virus more then once and didn't expect a server conformist Nark! WE WE'LL BE GOING TO A RIGHTSIDE BAR FROM NOW ON! Ps: we tipped her regardless because she took our picture and gave decent service except for military conformist attitude.. guess HONESTY ISN'T ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY.. WON'T BE RETURNING!

My husband and I love taking our 30 year old granddaughter to Applebee's! Each of us have different tastes and we always find something to please each of us!Dietary restrictions: We've never had a problem asking for no onions, cheese, BBQ sauce, garlic and other allergens!
