Arbuckle Coffee Roasters

I ordered a pound of coffee from Arbuckles, and a couple of days later I got a call from Rene at Arbuckles regarding my address. After a few weeks I had not received my order, and I called and talked with Rene. He said his records showed that the package had been delivered. At Rene’s request I searched for the package and confirmed it had not been delivered to my address. Rene was diligent in checking his information and discovered an error in my address. He promptly corrected the problem and shipped another package to me at Arbuckles expense. Rene does customer service very well - he was very helpful and professional and friendly in his dealings with me and I highly recommend Arbuckles.

I bought four pounds of coffee from them and paid for shipping to the tune of nearly 100 dollars. They shipped it to the wrong and undeliverable address. Tracking it, I saw it was returned to them in Arizona. I emailed and they insinuated it was my fault and not their e-commerce site. I went to the invoice and my address was correct. It’s just lousy customer service, not to mention several other adjectives for them to not simply apologize and reship. A lady there wanted to call, but my friend told me they were very spam oriented and to not give them my real email or phone number. I declined to give her my number and she promptly refunded my money in what seemed like a huff. Odd outcome I thought, but they have the right to refuse service, even though the service they refused me was poor to begin with. Coffee may be great, but I won’t ever know. I do know it seems expensive. Good luck to those who choose to do business with them.

This outfit is the spammiest company on the internet. Only buy if you want spam offers every day like “free shipping” if you spend 70 dollars. Incredibly hard to resist that one right? It’s a constant barrage of email from them. Give them your email address at your own risk. Good luck.

I wish they had a store in tucson that sold to the public…. Called, and got a snooty woman that said there closed to the public, guess ill invest in another coffee company.

Ordered coffee July 1st, today is the 9th and coffee was just shipped today. I had ordered other coffee from PA. the same day and received that on the 5th. My last order from Arbuckles.

Is Dennys Willis Still selling the soap dishwater???? He's been hoodwinking southern arizonan's With overpriced, underrated coffee and coffee beans.Since the late nineteen eighties....... Besides that, he swiped the guy's recipe with the "egg wash" Bologna feathers.....yuk!

Our latest favorite is breakfast blend! It tastes so good after a cold morning swim!

Very good coffees

I've never really have been satisfied with my coffee until now. I've tried a lot of different brands Folgers, Community, and even Black Rifle Coffee looking for one I really liked.

I've always read about Arbuckle's in books but didn't know it was still in business until an ad on Facebook showed up in my feed and immediately ordered the K-cups.

Well this was last week and FedEx just dropped it off at the door and I opened it and threw one in the coffee machine. All I can say is THANK YOU JESUS. I FINALLY FOUND A COFFEE I LOVE!!!! My heart was instantly filled with joy. And the peppermint stick makes it just that much better. LOL

I'm a customer for life.

This is hard because the coffee is good but the shipping is half the price of the coffee. Being by myself I am not going to order $125 worth of coffee for free shipping. Going back to KR Coffee, just as good and cheaper.

Good coffee but dubious customer service. I gave a 1 star review and can't delete so adding this while I give Arbuckle's one more chance to make right! I'm leaning towards misunderstanding but unsure of Arbuckle's stance....

In my opinion, best coffee ever! Fantastic selection, flavors and blends are phenomenal!Customer service is outstanding!The history of Arbuckle Coffee adds to the experience of sipping their coffee and teas at any time of the day!
