Frys were barely room temp and over cooked. Fish sticks were not good at all. Very rubbery. Tasted old. Lady at window was nice but food was bad. Won't go back.

I prefer the other location in Tucson. My order today 12/20/2024 6pm, was cold and missing items. The clearly were scraping the last of the roast beef and gave me little bits of dried out/ burnt beef. And missing a sandwich from my order. Avoiding this location and will definitely question returning to any Arby’s in general if this is the “quality” they are promoting.

I revisited Arby's on East Broadway boulevard in Tucson on November 1st. I had a mix and match with my vanilla shake and it was just perfect. Arby's is it true 5-star restaurant. The two young ladies that help me at the front counter with just wonderful, very courteous, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure being served by them. Arby's it's really fine dining. I highly recommend the location I frequently visit which is on East Broadway at Chantilly in Tucson Arizona. But I'm sure that you can visit any Arby's you wish and you'll have just the same wonderful experiences I did.
The roast beef on my sandwich was really sketchy looking. It was mostly a grayish color with a sliver of pink inside. Definitely not appetizing and probably unsafe to eat. For $20 for two sandwiches and a mozzarella stick, I expected to receive something I could actually eat without getting sick.
