I ordered a double w cheddar combo and a crispy chicken sandwhich by itself to go...when I got home the roast beef was just a single with NO cheese and the crispy chicken sandwich patty was so tiny , looked nothing close to the picture...they weren't busy at all so how could you mess up my order......?...... food not worth the money, I won't be going back. Customer service was good, they were polite and everything just not happy about not getting what I ordered .

Went to Arby's to get the 2 for .. well I order one fish sandwich and one beef and cheddar get home and no fish I got a beef and cheddar and a plain double roast beef. I call and the manager Rooney said he would get me my sandwich. Go to get a remake and I tell them what happens I get home and again... NO FISH SANDWICH. It's literally the same thing a beef and cheddar and a plain double roast beef. Idk if I'm getting trolled or what but it's literally cant be that hard to get a dang sandwich right...

The lady that was working the front counter at 3:30pm on 2/10 was AMAZING. 10/10 customer service. The manager that was interviewing a potential hire was cringey AF though.
