The first time I went here was in the day, and the food was so good. So when I got money I took me and my mom to the Arby's near by again, it was a late Wednesday night. Right off the bat the service wasn't the greatest. Once we got home we noticed they took our orders wrong. Later that day after eating I didn't feel good, I was burning up and feeling nauseous. When I woke up the next day I had to run to the rest room, I threw up around 4 times the whole day, I went to the family doctor and after a lil while I was told I have food poisoning. I've never wrote a bad message about anywhere I went before, this is my first time nor have I ever had food poisoning.. I'm hoping I will get better soon, I can't do anything at the moment.
I would not know how the food is or tasted since I waited a total of 20 minutes in the drive thru during my visit today. Still after waiting for so long, no one glared at me through the window to say even "Hi" or take my payment for the food I had just ordered at the drive-thru speaker. I love Arby's and was disappointed to have this experience, terrible customer service and poor time frame service from the employees there.

Brutal. Waited 30 minutes for an overcooked roast beef sandwich. I've never waited longer at any Arby's or had a worse roast beef than the one here. Please staff your restaurants appropriately!

Modern facility that appears well maintained, free of any noticable issues or defects. This week's special of two regular roast beef sandwiches for $7 almost makes eating here once again affordable. The lag time from ordering the food to presentation was minimal at best. The food was served hot, fresh and delicious free of any issues. Thanks for bringing the potato cakes back....

This Arby’s serves RAW chicken tenders, I came here for lunch, there was no one in line and dine in didn’t appear to be busy. All I had were buffalo sliders and a honey mustard wrap and the chicken was cooked on the outside and raw in the center. They didn’t have to rush as there was no line as they still served me raw chicken.
