Too bad they don't give a shit about their jobs or even giving the correct order. Two meals ordered ans BOTH were wrong. I regret trusting them to get it right and waiting till I got home to realize they didn't get a single part of the order right. I miss how this place used to be, it's a joke of a business and I regret wasting my time, my money and my hope on them.

Waited about 7 minutes for my online order to show up in the order pickup area as directed by the app before I finally asked about it. It was ready in a different area for some reason. Also the app doesn't appear to have a way to request extra sauces that I saw.

Last night I order thru delivery and they forgot my curly fries and shake. I order one meal and a wrap on the side. I called and the manager in charge informed that he didn't get the order on his side so he only made the sandwiches that the doordasher showed him the order witch shows that I order a meal and a wrap on the side, on top of that it was made wrong as well. I ask for no hot rod(whatever the name is)and the BBQ wrap with bacon,there was no bacon. He didn't say sorry or anything just felt like he didn't care at all and I'm work in food, customer industry and that is completely unacceptable
