Today we paid an insane $17 just for 2 reuben sandwiches. The sandwiches were greasy, salty, and unflavorful. I advice customers to stick with the roast beef sandwiches because those are actually delicious.

Roast beef sandwich had burnt pieces in it. I ordered online and said pickup was 15 min later but my sandwich was made when I ordered it instead of waiting so the cheese was all over the sandwich and soggy bun.

My bread so burned I could not eat this sandwich at all. The people at this location do not care. You cannot tell me that they could not see that the bread was burnt. They decided to serve this anyway. Obviously I am not going to eat this. The person that made this should be fired. They were being malicious!!!!!

The shake was good. The Edgar with tattoos working 6/12/24 @ 430 drive thru window taking payment and handing food , could be taught some better customer service skills. Just rude didn’t say nothing just took the payment handed food. Motzerella sticks were still cold in the middle. 27$ not worth it
