I went thru the drive thru..no problems there. The meat was kind of tough,that’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. I get Arby’s quite often from other Arby’s & in comparison it wasn’t the same. Still good but different quality than other stores..maybe it was just that particular batch of meat..who knows?
The reason why I gave Arby’s one star is because my food came back sloppy not put together well, the chef in the back looks like a young lady with blonde hair and seems like she doesn’t want to work at all when she works during the nights…..I love going to Arby’s when a older lady that’s a chef makes the food during the night time she has it nice& neat the drive-through crew are nice people and up lifting but lately I haven’t been going that much cause how sloppy the young lady makes my food

They currently have a lady working at the drive through window sick as a dog, I was ordering my food and heard her continuously cough, you could hear the flem and all. No shame to the lady, maybe management forced her to come in. Bad business move though, the coughing is very gross to hear when you’re trying to order food.
Was not pleased with the staff or the quality of the food. It was a Sunday afternoon with no other customers. I waited over 7 minutes for my order, a #1 meal, only to have the door open with no words and my bag shoved out the window.

It's the kind of place where the 19 year old dude in the kitchen saunders up and stares at you instead of saying hello or acknowledging your existence in some other way. And when you walk away you feel bad for bothering him.
