Drive-thru and after I said I would like the number 1 combo, the woman at the other end of the speaker wouldn't let me finish, but instead, kept asking me about my order. I knew what to say, but as difficult as it is to do over a drive-thru speaker, she succeeded in being super rude in the 20 second conversation. A new employee at the window was the complete opposite. Kind, said hi, asked how my day was going as we waited for my order. I'm pretty sure I ordered the Classic roast beef sandwich but when I got home, what they gave me was a roast beef and Cheddar on an onion roll. I took one bite and nothing personal but it was disgusting. Not what I wanted. I won't be going back to that Arby's location again.

Prices are out of sight and adversely affect what l buy here. The cost of a large soft drink is simply unchecked greed. Unless it's this week's discounted featured item I'll pass on it. This week's back to reality featured item is 2 ham and Swiss for $7. I normally don't appreciate them so it was first venture into trying them. Very flavorful and tasty. Staff at this location is always cheerful and friendly.

Love when I move near an Arby’s because I love their French dips. I’ve brought it up at the store but it doesn’t seem to have an effect. If their au jus was any more watered down than it is, people would mistaken it for muddy water. I’ve tasted Arbys’s au jus at MANY other franchises through multiple states and this is by far the least flavorful, watered down excuse for au jus.
Good people and service, so I can’t give zero stars. Now if this location’s water to au jus ratio is adjusted, I’ll update. But until then, shame on whoever is responsible for this watered down, sorry excuse, for an au jus.
Edit: I went back and utilized your response, the workers at my local Arby’s kicked me out after letting them know your response. I love Arby’s but the Arby’s off 7920 Speedway in Tucson AZ does not match any of the ideals Arby’s has had for over 20 years and through the multiple state’s facilities I’ve visited. I will NEVER return to this Arby’s. Corporate Arby’s, take a look at this location because I PROMISE they’re giving your entire company a horrible name.
