Prices are out of sight and adversely affect what l buy here. The cost of a large soft drink is simply unchecked greed. Unless it's this week's discounted featured item I'll pass on it. This week's back to reality featured item is 2 ham and Swiss for $7. I normally don't appreciate them so it was first venture into trying them. Very flavorful and tasty. Staff at this location is always cheerful and friendly.

Love when I move near an Arby’s because I love their French dips. I’ve brought it up at the store but it doesn’t seem to have an effect. If their au jus was any more watered down than it is, people would mistaken it for muddy water. I’ve tasted Arbys’s au jus at MANY other franchises through multiple states and this is by far the least flavorful, watered down excuse for au jus.
Good people and service, so I can’t give zero stars. Now if this location’s water to au jus ratio is adjusted, I’ll update. But until then, shame on whoever is responsible for this watered down, sorry excuse, for an au jus.
Edit: I went back and utilized your response, the workers at my local Arby’s kicked me out after letting them know your response. I love Arby’s but the Arby’s off 7920 Speedway in Tucson AZ does not match any of the ideals Arby’s has had for over 20 years and through the multiple state’s facilities I’ve visited. I will NEVER return to this Arby’s. Corporate Arby’s, take a look at this location because I PROMISE they’re giving your entire company a horrible name.

Love their jalapeño bombers!! And their chicken bacon
French dip sandwich with Aujou is perfect every time. Adding extra roast beef is an option. Quick drive through, never had to wait long even with three cars ahead during lunch hour. Friendliest service too. There is a dine-in option if you want to sit indoors. Totally recommend.

This is the best place to go for fast food. The food is good. The service is good. If they mess up in any way they will make it right immediately. There's drive up if you want to eat and go or dine in, which is a clean, neat place to sit.

Had a few sliders, must have been sitting and waiting for us to arrive since they clearly microwaved the heck out of them.
Microwaving roast beef to the max equals rubber like texture and cheese melted beyond the sandwich and bread that was gross. For those big menu prices you need some sort of quality standards, that meal was gross.

I do not understand what is wrong with this location drive-through. Today, September 6th, at 5:40 pm, my mother, for the third time now, has been denied a chicken sandwich. She attempted to order the crispy chicken sandwich to which she was told they did not have, and was then given a chicken wrap that we did not want. That wrap fell apart immediately after opening the outer wraper. Was not good. As I stated earlier, this was the third time she had attempted to order a chicken sandwich, to which she has been told that they do not sell that. She was then offered roast beef or given the Buffalo chicken sandwich, something she did not want. I do not understand or want to know at this point why this locations drive-through is not giving out chicken sandwiches. Went to another location and received what was ordered. I am only posting this because it is upsetting that this issue keeps happening, and the self-destructive horrible wrap was the last straw. Go to any other location if you're ordering a chicken sandwich.
