Poor customer service, I never tried Arby’s, I decided to try today, I pulled through the drive thru and was informed when ready to go ahead and speak to place order, a few moments after I spoke my order, I wa sans we’re with “excuse me are you talking to me?” Attitude…. I explained yes, I thought I was placing an order, a second female jumps on and scolds me that I need to speak louder or pull to the window, and snarky attitude. I thanked them and decided to pass up on getting bad food, if the attitude reflects the same while cooking I cannot imagine. Skip this place for sure, try Wendy’s next tot heme ho are always polite.

A woman sounded uneducated and completely unable to provide Customer Service for Drive Thru, what an awful demeanor she had !!( June 19th @ 11: 21am.).My family wanted Arby's so we drove all the way to the Broadway Arbys...so thankful for them!! It was already 102* !...the Manager was outstanding taking our order, and Dillan was exceptional in the drive thru!!! Thank you Guys! 🏆✨️

This place has surprisingly good prices. Great food for people on a budget. If you look they've got coupons all over the place for great deals. The staff was friendly fast in the order was right. The restaurant is clean and beautiful design. I would highly recommend this place to others and will be returning.
