I went there specifically for the fish sandwich. I pulled up to order and there is a sign that says they are out of them. Not just them but a few other items and it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. Needless to say I was disappointed, but orderd the Gyro and was satisfied with it, but my curly fries were old and hard (way over cooked) Will I go back again? time will tell how hungry I am at the time.

literally one man on duty, manning the drive-through, serving all dishes by himself, running the whole store with no help except for a cook that was getting ready to leave and he still managed to keep the drive-through going, and was friendly with a smile throughout it all hands-down, great place I would definitely recommend they have a very hard dedicated man there
Wiry when I did an inquiry about my price the girl at the drive-through window had an attitude when I pulled up to get her name so I could report it to management instead of coming to the window. The lady said to call the cops I went inside to ask for the ladies name and all of the staff. There was extremely rude to me. I will never go there again, and I suggest you do not either, the girls name was Mary if that was even her real name

I did an online order... my curly fries are hard as a rock. Older lady that was working didn't seem to like her job. No customer service at all. Only thing pleasant with my order isy packets of ketchup...
I went to try the new Hushpuppie Coated Fish Strips. They were good but not as big as I expected. I also had the Curly Fries that never disappoint. At 11:00 am, we were the only customers that stayed to eat in so it was quiet.Parking: Most of the parking is on the east side of the building with a few, and handicapped, spaces in front.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but there are no adventurous things to play on.

I was extremely shocked about how amazing Arby's Burger are! I love their roast beef but tried the new burger and it was extremely good especially for a fast food place you gotta try one. How this isn't a new trend is beyond me.

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches and I have ever since I was a kid. They have to have Arby's sauce, though. I was slightly disappointed because the buns used were old. They were dry and crumbled when you took a bite. The folks working there were nice but at the drive thru it took a bit long in my opinion. Short staffed maybe?

They double charged me on the 24th and are giving me the run around to get my refund of 22.56. I showed the manager my original receipt and the proof of the charge on my account they are thieves at this point and I wasn't the only one! There was another gentleman with the same issue of being double charged on the same day. They made me create an Arby's account for no reason and I had to submit a comment form not even an official refund form or anything through their market place and am still currently on hold with customer service for the last 30 mins and no answer yet. I'm assuming their long wait time has to do with unsatisfactory service with the other guests as well. Unfortunately I can no longer trust your establishment. You are thieves at this point. At first I was assuming technological error but with their shady employees at this location I wouldn't be surprised if this was on purpose. I'm a single mom out the $23 they stole and now extra for over drafting my account with their error.

Beef and cheddar sandwich had almost no cheddar ON it. Most of what was there, was on the wrapper. I'd like them to be more careful putting the cheddar on it.
