This Arby's has been closed for quite a while now, at least since last winter. Actually the only restaurant left in the Foothills Mall "food court" is an Asian place (don't recall the name). Maybe their questionable practices caught up to them. However I would heartily recommend the Oracle and Magee location, next door to McDonald's. That location has friendly people and quick service. Only gripe I would say is that the chicken tenders are a little on the small side. The honey mustard dip is to die for. Delicious!

Terrible service. When she finally got around to taking my order, she mumbled and made it way more difficult than neccessary. After giving me my drink, she told me how dirty the soda machine was because she didnt know how to clean it.

Day in and day out i see this girl behind the counter with piss poor food handling practices with no hat and a shirt without sleeves not even in proper working uniform slicing meat and puts he shirt on and the pos system. Her gages are in and she has short bleach blond hair im saddened that this place will kill someone oneday

Went to the Arby's this afternoon at Foothills Mall and was just a awful lunch. Ordered the beef and cheddar combo fries were old there was hardly are meat on the sandwich. The young lady who took my order had a hard time processing my gift card even asked her if she would like me to pay with cash that frustrated here a little more. Now this is the second time I have been to this location around three years ago went there with my wife and they had no beef for the beef and cheddar it's time to close this place and also the mall it is just TERRIBLE!
Only one employee at 1230pm(lunch time) Out of certian foods. Was doing cashier and making the food no hand washing in between. She was very open about having no help and it would be longer to get the food. I sort of felt bad for her and wondering where the manager is and why this place has gone down hill so badly. Its a shame.

food was awhhsum 1st time being here was excellent. employs were great at customer service.prices were decent even better with coupon,which we used right now. we got 4 cups ,4 curly frys,4 roast beef sandwichs with two mozzarella sides.all this for under 30.00. i recomand this place for a big family. p.s. u can u coupon up to 5 times in one order depending on the coupon. love this place

If a zero star option is available, but it is not and should be! My chicken strips were burnt and tasted disgusting! The mozzarella sticks were okay and I don't understand how you break your dang shake machine! I am fed up with this location! Tip of advice: If you like burnt food that tastes disgusting, rude employees, spending too much money that's not worth it and not being able to have a milkshake, be my guest! I'm done with this Arby's and I will take my money elsewhere! It's not okay! I also can't believe they closed the one in Circle K and that location was 10 times better than this location altogether!

I started to make my way over, but when I saw the employee behind the counter take out his E-Cig and proceed to smoke. I decided not to spend my money there. Definitely an indicator that they don't follow protocol, therefore it's probably not sanitary. Better safe than sorry.!!! I'd give Zero stars. Only providing one, otherwise I can't post!

The Arby's is at Foothills Mall. It is one of the few places left in the food court. They offer a salad but don't often have it or it hasn't been prepped yet so guess they don't expect salad requests although when I had it one time, I liked it. You can get it with turkey or chicken. Since the salad wasn't available, I had the turkey gyro this last time and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The pita was warm and nice, there was a lot of turkey, and it tasted like an gyro sandwich. There were onions, lettuce tomatoes. I have also had the chicken salad sandwich which was good. It'a a decent choice at the mall. Service was friendly and quick.
