We traveled from South Dakota to visit family in Tucson. We randomly stopped at this Arby’s and the food was hot and fresh. The manager went out his way to make sure our kids had toys for their meals and made a great shake! Thanks again!

Would give zero stars if I could! Having read the other 20 reviews about this Arby’s it is clear there are huge problems. Me and my wife walk in I went to sit down to order from my phone, not knowing they do not allow online orders. So they do not have to participate in any of the deals that are on the app. However, they do allow online orders from 3rd party deliveries. My wife asked for the code and the rude manager told her the bathroom is only for paying customers. That after we paid she could get the code. What a terrible first impression and such a poor business model. I order, my wife gets the code and we get our food. My order was wrong but I had no time to deal with it so I just ate it. While eating the manager was barking orders and corrections to his staff. Poor managers bully rather than train! I spoke to the manager about the bathroom situation on our way out, he was both rude and dismissive. Managers who cannot hear their customers concerns will soon not have any customers to be concerned about. I love Arby’s but I will never stop at this one again. The place does look new and was clean. The young man who took our order was also very kind and helpful.

I pulled up to the drive thru 10 min til close and they were already closed and looked like they had been for some time.
Do NOT eat at this Arby's. I had a relative who worked there recently and they had to quit because the environment is disgusting. They don't clean anything so the kitchen is gross. There's like one woman that works there who actually cleans properly and tries to keep everything running properly but she can't be responsible for everything. The heater they use to keep food in looks like it's never been cleaned and there's an unpleasant smell caused by sewage backup. This place is a health hazard and it's only a matter of time before a customer or employee gets sick. Employees are just too worn down and tired to care, they're only being paid minimum wage, and the employees are not being set up for success by management, the atmosphere is not inspiring at all, so the place just doesn't get cleaned properly. It's just another sad shitty fast food restaurant. Eat at your own risk.
