We did the drive through. The employees were very nice there was just a lack in staff. Its hard to run even a fast food restaurant without enough people.
Beef and chddars were great the jamoca shake was wonderful. The curly frys were all broken pieces from the end of the bag with the exception of two frys.
We sat there for quite some time waiting for our food.
I think adding 2 employees to the shift would have made all the difference.

We traveled from South Dakota to visit family in Tucson. We randomly stopped at this Arby’s and the food was hot and fresh. The manager went out his way to make sure our kids had toys for their meals and made a great shake! Thanks again!

Personal choice by someone I was with. Clean store, with friendly people. Parking to the side with wheelchair ♿️ spaces. Two Classic Roast Beef and Potato Cakes. We were happy to see those return to the menu.

Would give zero stars if I could! Having read the other 20 reviews about this Arby’s it is clear there are huge problems. Me and my wife walk in I went to sit down to order from my phone, not knowing they do not allow online orders. So they do not have to participate in any of the deals that are on the app. However, they do allow online orders from 3rd party deliveries. My wife asked for the code and the rude manager told her the bathroom is only for paying customers. That after we paid she could get the code. What a terrible first impression and such a poor business model. I order, my wife gets the code and we get our food. My order was wrong but I had no time to deal with it so I just ate it. While eating the manager was barking orders and corrections to his staff. Poor managers bully rather than train! I spoke to the manager about the bathroom situation on our way out, he was both rude and dismissive. Managers who cannot hear their customers concerns will soon not have any customers to be concerned about. I love Arby’s but I will never stop at this one again. The place does look new and was clean. The young man who took our order was also very kind and helpful.
