This is the closest "fast food" restaurant to my house . I'm always impressed with the staff and food. Now they have burgers (excellent by the way) and gyros. Sometimes I find Arby's to be " iffy". This one is awesome!

Very rude customer service, don't know if he was the manager or shift lead, a bigger man with tattoos maybe native or Mexican, very rude person should not be serving customers
I ordered 2 gyros left and drove 2 hours before I relapsed didn't receive them. I called and they said are you the lady that left her order.. they took my name and said I had to return with receipt.i told them u couldn't because I live to far away and it would be night time and can't drive at night. They said come next day I went and they called manager and he said he couldn't refund, it had to be done same day.. 2 different stories. I had asked to talk to owner manager the first day, and they canceled my call. I stop at this location on my way home at least twice a .month, will never use this location again.

Went in here last night. I ordered the two for six. Got to the window and my total was high and I said that's not right oh we don't go by the specials here. Then you should have told me that at the speaker. And I left. I go to the one at Megee Oracle I quit going to this one years ago but I thought I'd try it again no difference the people are rude charge you more refused to take coupons never again the owner is something else

Went to this location after work the other night, ordered 2 classic roast beef’s, and 2 fish and cheddars. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized that we received 2 crispy fish sandwiches instead. Ok no biggie whatever, but the fish was awful. It tasted rubbery and as if it was cooked in bad oil and sat out for a couple hours. The bun tasted rubbery too. Couldn’t even eat the sandwiches we threw them away. Then the roast beef sandwiches hardly had any roast beef on them and same thing, buns tasted rubbery. Not likely to go back I’d rather drive down to the Oro Valley location then eat from here.Arby’s only reached out when I posted here on google but when I filled out their little comment survey thing I requested a call back or a refund and haven’t heard back.
