Im not sure if this a new policy but the roast beef was cut way too thick. Tasted nothing like it normally does. Horrible y sad experience. Was so looking forward to ny good ole roast beef sandwich and I didn’t get it. On top of it the fries were old.

I remembered why I very rarely go to Arby's. We were slow to be greeted and have our order taken. But that's probably on us because we didn't online order. Still, when you are craving an gyro and don't want to drive far, it was a good option. Treat yourself to the Andes Mint Chocolate shake. You deserve nice things!

Ordered on app with certain time 4 pick up, seem like the foods been sitting there 4 awhile! Not even warm! They shouldn't make them too early!

Ordered a couple beef and cheddar sandwiches, a drink and curly fries. Everything aside from the drink was fresh and hot, this location is always friendly and clean, I was greeted upon entering and my order which I had ordered ahead always being set on the counter as I walked in.

I was in the drive thru and a Christina took my order and was the rudest individual I have ever met. She made me never want to go to Arby's again. I will definitely not return to this establishment as that experience was just awful.

We ordered a to go order that was $50.00 and it was the worst we have ever had from Arby's. The food was cold and didn't taste good at all. I gave 2 of the sandwiches to my dogs. I guess we need to find another Arby's that we can go to for better food. Never again.

The order was not fresh…. luke warm fries, the tomato’s were old and the lettuce was saturated in oil or something. Could have just tossed the money out the window instead because I tossed the food in the trash.

Great product and good customer service. Building is situated conveniently for easy in and out access. Site is free of any noticeable defects. Dining room appears pleasant, warm and inviting.
Due to corporate GREED-FLATION and excessively high prices, I only dine here on sale items or with the use of promotional coupons. While l truly enjoy their products, I personally find most things here are excessively OVERPRICED and as a result I've been forced to limit my visits.
Thrilled to see the potato cakes return to the menu. Unlike others, I've never really cared for Arby's selection of fries.

Updated to add: I did follow through with the requested information, about a month after it happened, as I had not seen the response to my review. I have never heard anything back.

On June 15th, about 2-3pm, my partner and I went through the drive through in two separate cars, headed back to Ohio. I told the guy at the window I wanted to pay for the car behind me and asked him to please them my food. I explained that they were husband and son, and both my dog and I needed to use the restroom urgently.

He said no problem, and I pulled off. I parked, and while one of my other kids let the dog out, I ran inside.

My partner pulled up next to me and told that he was asked to pay more than the 35isn he was originally told and 50 dollars at Arby's for two people was INSANE. Our orders total were 75 ish dollars. Since he wasn't sure what was happening he paid thinking it was his food. I asked my partner if he had everyone's food though. He had been given half of our order and half of the 2nd order.

So I went in to retrieve the missing items and asked why my partner was asked to pay for his food when I had already paid for it. The guy and girl behind the counter started talking about how I started a TikTok pay it forward thing so they asked the car behind us if they wanted to pay for the car behind them... I said that they didn't give us half of our food, the food they gave us was half wrong, and we paid 130 dollars for Arby's for 5 people.

They offered me a free drink (we declined), and an additional side of cheese" (that should have been on one of the sandwiches to begin with) for the confusion and apologized...

The whole thing was absolutely insane. The food was Arby's, and was fine... But don't ever ask them to do something less than exceptionally straight forward, because you'll end up paying 50 bucks for a cup of cheese sauce.

Don't order anything at 9:30pm or you will get super rude service,a vanilla shake even though you ordered a paid for chocolate. Apparently I was an inconvenience coming in 30mins before closing to get a chocolate shake. The girl at the drive thru said "order when ready" and put a drop of chocolate in my chocolate shake its so white it looks like vanilla. Very disappointed
