“Cupbop is great food. I was unable to leave a review when I ordered through Doordash except for a Pic and choosing Stars 1-5. I gave it a 3 star instead of a 5 star because they, again, left of tge sesame seeds on the Rock Bop. This is the 2nd time they have done on an order. The order, before this, they left out the sauce and sesame seed, which made the Rock Bop very dry. I am not looking for replacements or a discount. My family and I really like Cupbop. “Took the family out for lunch. Had the pepper chicken myself and it was most excellent. Of course the spring rolls and lettuce wraps were great as well. We got there a little after 1 pm so it wasn't too crowded. Our server Adrianna was awesome. She was friendly and helped with menu suggestions. Adrianna made the whole experience even better. Prices are on par with other places like P. F. Chang's.“

Every dish is bursting with fresh, authentic flavor and clearly made with care. Some of my go-to favorites are the Tom Yum (Gai or Koong), Panang Curry with broccoli, Larb Neua, and the papaya salad—but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. “Recently I got some chicken fried rice, it was around lunch time when I ordered. I ordered To Go and thought I was going to be there a while, but it only took maybe 5 to 10 minutes before I was out of there. The staff are always polite and ask about my day. The food has big portions for a great price in my opinion. Lastly, I wanted to say that I've never had a bad experience at this location. I haven't been to another location because I've been going here for roughly 10 years and they've NEVER let me down.
Hopefully I'll be going here for another 10 years.
My favorite dish to get is the Pad Thai or if I'm in the mood for rice, I'll do any of the fried rice options.“

“Pei Wei on Broadway in Tucson this location here is definitely about taking care of their customers they provide good old-fashioned customer service they definitely practice the customer's always right you don't see that anymore in restaurants I came here to eat there was some miscommunication with are food allergies I let the staff know as well as Martin he took care of the problem and corrected everything he understood where I was coming from provided excellent customer service Martin is a definitely down to earth fellow that cares about the customer he sincerely went out of his way to resolve all our issues and most importantly he listened thank you Martin again as well as all the staff there are always polite and kind great atmosphere always clean and great food.“

“We were pleased with our dining experience. After placing our order at the register at the rear of the restaurant, we sat at one of the tables and our beverages were brought to our table. Our food was also brought to our table when it was ready. We are vegetarians and were very pleased with the number of options available. They had a better selection of tofu dishes than most Chinese restaurants. My dining companion got Happy Tofu, which was basically the sauce and veggies that would normally be in Happy Family, but with tofu instead of meat. I got Mongolian Tofu, like Mongolian Beef, but with tofu instead of beef. Both were very tasty. Portions were very generous, both of us had enough left over to bring home for another meal.
