Atmosphere is not their fault, they're in a gas station. They did the best they could and the gift counter looks amazing. We love the collector's jugs and make our way here once every couple of weeks to get another one. The food is good if you like classic A&W food, it's exactly what you expect which is a good thing. They have great fresh made food here. The fish is really good. Right off of I-10 but usually not that busy. The drive-thru gets backed up but hardly anybody goes inside to eat. They have great help here very friendly people.

Right off the freeway, they were quick and efficient, the area was open and clean, and the staff was friendly! It's inside a Chevron gas station, so if you need any convenience items they are right there too. Great overall experience!
To start, the food is not bad, but, it sucks when it's ice cold because you have to go back a second time because they didn't give you everything the first time...... I was told there was no manager on duty...who's in charge? I don't live close by so if I take the time to drive all that way, the order should be right. The guy who helped me the first time, Oscar they say, hid somewhere and sent someone else to help 2nd time. Cowered. Sitting off the freeway, I have to wonder how many travelers have been screwed over A&W was big years ago. Guess I know now why they're not anymore. I won't be going back here ever and I hope no one else makes the same mistake!

The last one it Tucson but it's also the best place for burger especially if you get the cheese curds and a root bear nothing better then this

Decided to stop in for chili or hot dogs. The menu said $2.29 per hot dog - so I decided on thoseBut they gave me my balance and it was higher than it should’ve been- the guy said they raised their prices to $2.99 but haven’t changed their menu-Excuse me? You can’t offer at one price and charge another ? The guy didn’t seem too concerned and offered no optionsI know it’s only 1.60 difference for each one but it’s the principalPoor way to run a business - if you price in your menu it should be honoredBTW the burgers are SOOO greasyI don’t go there very often although I’m a couple blocks away . I know why nowI

Back in the early 2000s this was a welcome rest, stop and restaurant. The owner of the Chevron has allowed it to deteriorate and although a&w root beer has updated their facade, the fact that the Chevron is run down dingy and dark just takes away from a&w. You can see the employees don't feel motivated and the eating area isn't pleasant.

Passing through Tucson and pulled in to grab a bite. The picture of the A&W stand alone restaurant up above is a little decieving. This is in a gas station so don’t expect any kind of atmosphere. I got a foot long chili dog and it wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t recommend. My son got a burger and he said it was just ok. The rings were pretty good and the root beer was tasty.

Nice to get a free ice cream cone or root beer float at fill up but gas prices are a little high compared to rest of town , the place a mess looks like they have slacking on the up keep like landscaping maintenance. Etc.

The kid taking orders was higher than a kite, he kept asking us what we said and got the complete order wrong. Definitely will not be going back.
