Through no fault of our server...... Our poor server was running in every direction to serve all of his assigned tables while management watched and did nothing to help. I did ask the front desk to please provide him some support and again management leaned on a desk for awhile and watched. We had been waiting forever after ordering and we were starving. Literally an hour and a half later. I'm sure the food would have been great if it would have been served promptly. A good employee couldn't do his job despite working his butt off, a chefs food couldn't be appreciated and 6 diners won't eat there ever again. Support your staff so they can do their jobs. Assist in serving drinks, food etc. Dont watch them struggle.

Absolutely loved lunch here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a relaxed afternoon out. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the Sweet Spicy Chicken. It was truly enjoyable with stunning views.

The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is just as impressive. The menu not only looks great but tastes even better. I always enjoy dining at La Luz , I can't get enough of the delicious flavors and perfectly seasoned dishes.

Party of five and we found the food to be not only delicious, but visually appealing and the portions are plentiful! Our server, Magdalena, was professional, friendly, attentive and come to find out she has been with the Westin La Paloma's restaurant outlet for over 20 years; now that says something! We will be back!

We ate both breakfast and dinner there becuase we expected to be short on time during a conference break. Breakfast was amazing, my husband had the buffet but I had the chicken and waffles and was really pleased with the flavor and presentation of the meal. The spicy dandelion juice was also very good. I was thankful we had booked a reservation for dinner because we were so pleased with breakfast. All of the servers, Especially Anna our waitress, were very attentive, helpful, friendly, and our food for dinner was delicious as well. The Black Forest flourless cake we took to go and enjoyed for breakfast the next day!! Would highly recommend and will happily return on our next trip to this resort!

Had a business lunch with a client, and the food was exquisite! Their new menu featuring an Ahi Tuna bowl with quinoa was delicious. I'll be making a special trip to have that dish again. Service was also exemplary, a standard we have become accustomed to here. A definite must try when in the Old Pueblo!

It's wasn't the best experience for the ambience of the place. The waitress was slow and my salmon was raw that I ordered. They weren't busy when I arrived. The guy who came after me was helped before I was. The food was mediocre.

We came to La Luz for a friend's birthday lunch, and we had a wonderful meal! There were some great, healthy options. The house-made salsas and guacamole were delicious, must get the Taste of the Southwest! Service and ambience were lovely with bright, open space with gorgeous views! We'll be back!

Dinner was excellent at La Luz. From the gorgeous mountain views to the excellent meal, we enjoyed every moment of our dining experience. Positioned on the lower level of The Westin, the open concept allows diners to enjoy live music from the lounge above, and invites them to come stay awhile. We certainly went up and enjoyed the cozy post dinner seating.

Opentable Diner

Aesthetically, it was absolutely wonderful, the food was amazing but the selection was very limited. The sever appointed to our table, Calysta wasn't around much and I had to ask her to remove some of the used plates, when she did come by. Another server, Paloma came by to check on us several times so we really appreciated that.

Mother's Day brunch with my daughter, stepdaughter and her mom was so much fun! Great food and desserts! Photo op captured the memory for us! Can't wait for next year!

We had a great meal and a great time at La Luz! We got the scallops, bruschetta, sea bass and pappardelle. Everything was great and we enjoyed our view of the Catalina mountains. Our waitress- Anna- was very kind and attentive to our needs!

Waiter was so unprofessional, rude. He made the experience overall poor despite the good food and view

The excellent dinner menu, fine wine selection, attentive, friendly wait staff, (gracias a Dominic), and spectacular sunset views of the Santa Catalina Mountains created a memorable outdoor dining experience to celebrate a special occasion.
