hard to belive there are 6 servers yet not a single one knows what to do. had to wait an hour just to get appetizers, insane. had to pack entrees and dessert to go since i couldn’t wait any longer for this mid ass food. they didn’t even give me my dessert, they packaged some random food and handed it to me. servers were kind, i don’t want to blame them, but waiting for so long and not even getting the food i ordered is insane. very disorganized, will never be coming here again unfortunately.

Our experience was absolutely great! Our service was exceptional and our food was far better than even expected. I would highly suggest the lunch special. You get to pick a pasta and a salad to enjoy. It was even better getting to enjoy it outside. definitely worth stopping by for!!!

Both times I've been to this restaurant I've had to chase down Taylor (my server) to either
1. Cancel the second drinks we ordered when the food arrived because we were done eating and they never arrived. 2. Bring me the item missing from my meal, that it turns out they were out of and had not informed me of when I placed the order.
While the server was friendly, both times I found myself looking around wondering if my server was going to check in soon.
The food is good, but the service isn't. I'm not sure if we've just been unlucky with the server we've had or if the restaurant is chronically understaffed and she has been too busy both times.

Excellent meatballs. They have to be a family recipe they were so good.
Three of us had the Chicken Parm and it was also very, very good.
Pizza came out of a brick oven and it looked outstanding.
Service was excellent even though it was rather busy the night we went.

Must Try. good brick oven pizza. Caesar Salad was great with the Salmon. Salmon was unseasoned, could have been seasoned at least a little bit. other than that, good food cool atmosphere.

We had dinner at “Bacio”. The food was nice, solid Italian kitchen, good portions.
Our server was super nice, very friendly, attentive & good to talk to. She made the difference in this experience.
The place itself is cosy & neat. The atmosphere inside is nice whereas the patio is a bit loveless, a bit simple, not too much atmosphere out there. There you have room for improvement.
Service was great. Had my two year old grandson with me. Was great getting food out for him. Crayons and paper to play with. Pizza was the best my son has had in a long time. A chicken pesto looked good as well. I enjoyed a grilled salmon. Great flavor, moist. Wish I lived closer.

Had a wonderful date night here! Service was great, food was delicious and dining outside was made tolerable by the cooling misters! My fiance and I had a couple bottles of wine and were the last people there, to our surprise they apparently closed but didn’t rush us out or attempt to close our tab before we finished our wine! Will definitely be returning 🤩

Ordered multiple dishes for delivery. Calamari appetizer, Shrimp scampi, and bolognese. Added the option for grilled shrimp. Everything except the calamari was bad. No flavor. Also the picture i took of the grilled shrimp does not look grilled at all. It was soggy and unappealing. Would not recommend this place at all.

Dude. Was staying at hotel. Needed pesto. Went in with tail between my leg, and asked for pesto. They were so nice and hooked it up. They WERE AMAZING. Ty so much. My wife is very happy, which means I am happy, too. Coming back to eat tomorrow!!!!!

Gelato was freezer burned. Stuffed mushrooms lacked flavor and were soggy. Cesar salad was a decent size and pretty good.
