Pie (carrot cake) was amazing - the dough is fluffy and delicious, the cream/frosting was so flavorful, the ingredients so fresh (you could taste pieces of pineapple, and the wonderful raisins...)
Home made crust is light and crunchy. We liked that the Boston Creme was not overly sweet due to real whip cream, but would have liked more chocolate vs. creme layer. Worth the drive and would go again if back in the area. Highly recommend. 1 is enough for 2 people!

The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, the filings were too sweet for my taste; they were still very good, just a bit two sweet.
I tried the lemon meringue and chocolate. The whipped cream was truly cream (and delicious).
These are small pies reasonably priced, worth trying.
