Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches at The William Center

We ordered from Baggins gourmet last night from our hotel in Tucson last night! The Broccoli soup was so delicious, and my husband got the Unforgettable and he said it was the best sandwich ever! Also, the carrot cake is to die for…..We highly recommend this restaurant. It should be rated well over a 10! ❤️❤️

Not going to Baggins by StemPump anymore. Charged me for an item listed as “Complimentary”, then refused to correct it saying the menu showing it as “No Charge” was “old”. Woman who I assume was the manager left me waiting to order for several minutes while she counted cash. She didn’t even greet me. Finally I cam especially for one of their daily soups, but was told they were out of both.

If you show up 20 minutes till they close, someone who acts like a child throwing a tantrum makes you a terrible cheesesteak. Thanks

I ordered $300 worth of sandwiches today and It was a disappointment. The prices are high to begin with, but It is a pet peeve of mine when something extra is paid for and is not included on the sandwich and when boxes are marked but not followed by those making the sandwich. Half of our office said their sandwiches were not up to par with Baggins quality. If this is how you handle a high volume of sandwiches, then I think next time I will have to order from a different establishment that is not overwhelmed with a big order. The counter person was rude when I picked up our order, because I think she thought I was going to walk in and grab my order off the shelf. The tip was $30 and that was with me picking up the sandwiches. Sometimes I like to think with such a big tip that the workers would definitely make sure your order is correct, but I stand corrected and will think twice about tips in the future, especially when no delivery is involved.

Went in there with my family the head lead with red hair was not very welcoming seemed very unpleasant and mocked us with the way we pronounced are sandwich will write corporate about not feeling welcome very disappointed with service

Do not go to the Baggins on Cortaro. They run out of things and don’t tell you until you go to pick it up. They run out and don’t tell you of their Flash Sales. They close early and post that they are still open. Worst Baggins in the Tucson area is Cortaro. You get 1 star.

Great tasting sandwich just took about 20 minutes to get it & I even used the app to place the order in advance very slow service

I like the Albuquerque Turkey hot sandwich, Tomato basil bisque, and the side chicken bowtie pasta salad. The parmesan toasts that come with the soup are very good. The only thing is they raised their prices a little too much. The woman who helped me was nice, and it was very clean inside the establishment.

Love this place. Order from them a lot in multiple locations. My biggest issue is ordering online in advance to get my food as soon as I walk in or shortly after if they're busy. Today though, they had 0 customers waiting in line and their entire staff was in the back playing with their phones. After being asked if I was there for a pickup, I gave my name and watched the employee walk over to see that I put an order in 11 minutes ago to be exact. Then watched them proceed with starting my order. So I basically ordered in advance with no benefit. Not to knock on these guys, but it was unprofessional. I know the employee knew it was unprofessional because they said "we just got done with a big order". Bluntly speaking, I don't care. Business is business, and my order has been in. Not that I won't come here again, but certainly not during work lunches where my time matters more than their phones and tablets.

Say the door is open at 10:00 and nobody is in sight and when I see tha cashier she turns her back on me and points me to another direction then proceeds to open the door with a rude gesture , no greeting nothing then I got that manager wearing a black shirt w glasses and walks by mean mugging me and doesn’t say a word but the next group of people walk in and the get the full Baggins treatment
