I stopped by Baggins Gourmet Sandwiches and ordered two sandwiches along with a few other items. During the process, there was a small miscommunication, and I ended up receiving only one sandwich. When I called to let them know — not expecting a refund or anything — the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Britney, who was in training that day, provided absolutely amazing service. She handled the situation so professionally and went above and beyond to make it right, even including a cookie with the replacement sandwich. I truly believe they should hang on to that young lady — she’s a great worker and an asset to the team. Thank you, Baggins, for such wonderful service

Bernadette and Sarah W were literally Gems we walked into Baggins on Fort Lowell and Campbell. Their greeting made me feel like I was in Disneyland. I felt for the hour and a half all my problems went away. What an awesome place to spend the afternoon with my Hubby. We were both amazed how delightful they were here and asking us if we wanted refills. Who does that and the food was amazing the staff was going around on the floor asking if we wanted a cookie that’s the first I ever experienced that……. So glad we decided to have lunch here sure left me with some Awesomeness ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you for such Great!!!! Customer Service I sure felt at home thanks again 🌸🌸🌸🌸❤️❤️❤️

The food is amazing. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I would not order online or with Grubhub or Doordash they hike up the prices. It's best to order in person to personalize your sandwich. Overall the sandwiches really are not worth the prices.

I ordered online and found some items to be missing. I emailed and the GM, Jessica, called me back within minutes to apologize and send over the missing items! I have never ever had as positve of an experience as I did with Jessica. She offered to have items replaced asap. Thank you for being so understanding.

Recently I was tasked with placing an important lunch order for the higher ups at my new job. I had an order for 14 sandwhiches, but my supervisor wanted them to be the little boxed lunches that Baggins does so that everything would be presented all together in a nice way. I scoped out the website and realized these fall under the 'catering' category and require ordering at least 24 hours in advance, but it was 8:30am on the morning of the lunch which would begin at 12:30pm. I took a chance and called the store, I didnt actually expect anyone to answer the phone since they were not technically open for a few more hours, but then Jessica picked up the phone! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She said she could do what i was asking if we made some very minor substitutions, which i was more than happy to hear. I gave her the order and scheduled to pick it up at 11:45. I had to call her back Im not even kidding like at least 4 more times to change this or that and every time she was patient and friendly and had a very positive attitude. She was absolutely amazing! When I went to pick up the food, it was all packaged and ready to go even though I was a little bit early! They even carried the bags to my car for me! I had a top tier experience with this Baggins location. I fully recommend them for your next office lunch, whether it be catering or not! To top it all off, the food was amazing, I received kudos at my job for pulling everything together, which was only possible because of the amazing people at the Campbell & Fort Lowell Baggins!

Deserves 0 stars. Walked in at about 10:30am today, maybe a bit after or before. I only saw two people working, guy and girl. Girl was in the back. Tall guy was up front. Tall guy with dark hair didn’t even bother to acknowledge me standing in front of him. I understand businesses get busy but not even a simple “we will be with you shortly” Took his time organizing the take out bags and the computer he was using and completely ignored me. Awful customer service.

Always have loved Baggins but recently it has been a pain to order at this location. Mobile orders now are set to 40 min wait during lunch, and when I have shown up the last couple of times, the food was still not ready after waiting 40 minutes. This place is supposed to be a quick lunch spot but now takes longer to get food than a sit down restaurant. The last time I went in, the place was no busier for lunch than I’ve seen in the past. Either need to fix mobile orders or hire more staff.

Very rude to my husband when he went in to order. When he asked questions about the menu and they responded with rudeness. If someone doesn’t know something about the menu, don’t make them feel dumb about not knowing. It’s your responsibility to help people who don’t know. Never going back there.
