We have been to this facility many times. This time we ordered our 4 order meal with a seemingly disinterested young man. He placed the order wrong and after paying. We saw his mistake and approached him for the correction, he made the change and explained he wouldn't charge us for it. WAIT! It was your mistake. And he OWED US money!
Once the food we were given was checked to verify, as we have been shortchanged our bowtie pasta several times we try to ask for some answers regarding the bill. The woman was short, flippant, walking away saying it was right and wishing us a good day. I personally will never patronize this facility. The staff and management should be trained in customer relations, mzath
Haven't been to Baggins for awhile because it has gotten expensive and the one in Vail always has dirty tables. But we went there today only because the new firehouse subs was packed. Once again all the tables were dirty while one of the staff members sat visiting with someone and the trash out in front and on the side of this restaurant was disgusting! Why can't they go out and pick up the trash? No pride what so ever. Also the homeless guy sleeping on the sidewalk by the parking lot was sad and unexpected!
Love Baggins! I get a sandwich every time I am in Tucson. Come back to Albuquerque, please!
Excellent food, meatball sandwich rocks. Don't forget to buy a bag of chocolate chip cookies to take home. Outstanding.
I had a bit of a hiccup here but called and Richard took care of us right away. Very grateful for the great customer service there.
Paid a lot, waited a while, and got a mediocre meal.
The food was so overpriced it was crazy. you get 1 small little itty bitty half of a sandwich with chips a drink and a small cookie for 14 dollars. we also got a side which was 3.5 dollars and was so small it probably only costed .25 cents to make. while the atmosphere was great and the food tasted good, it is not good for its value and i am not planning on ever visiting again.

Came in got an awesome greeting, the two cashiers Emma and Journey were so welcoming and friendly. I was impressed with their upbeat personalities. I ordered my favorite The Cowboy and the two girls helped me with a few of my favorite add ones. Gabe the young man on grill made my sandwich perfectly, it wasn't dry or flavorless. I was really impressed! I wish more businesses had such great service. Very refreshing and friendly the whole staff was awesome! I will definitely be back.

I can’t speak on the food yet because I’m already frustrated sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for sandwiches. Sandwiches that are $15, no options for children that aren’t going to eat gigantic sandwiches. The atmosphere is kind of trash. Staticky music over the radio that honestly is enough to make a hangry person even more annoyed at the situation at hand. Looks like from other reviews this isn’t a one time thing. We didn’t order anything hot. Just basic sandwiches and a tomato soup. And some drinks $61 to wait so long for sandwiches??? We won’t be back. I don’t care how good the food is when I finally do get to taste it.

Unforgettable sandwich is a must have. Indoor seating is loud, but they have a nice covered outdoor patio.

What a ripoff at Vail location. Paid $14 plus for a sad tiny child sized prime beef signature sandwich. Ate half of the sandwich in 4 bites and I am a small guy. All bread, little beef. Save your money this was no better than a 12 in. subway beef sandwich at 7.99 and much bigger. Told manager and kinda shrugged his shoulders and walked away said he was sorry. Won't be going back. Also no sandwich drink chips combo pay for all separate full price $21 bucks no thanks bad on me.
