Okay so I never write bad reviews because I understand things happen but this situation was completely avoidable. I ordered online for pick up which the soonest pickup option was 30mins, I placed my order one sandwich and one side came out to $20.00 which was pretty pricey considering I didn’t get a drink or anything else. I waste time so that when I pull up my order would be ready at the scheduled pick up time but when I get there I wait in line for 15 minutes get up to the counter and tell them I have an online order just for them to tell me “oh your ticket has just been sitting here.” I asked the guy behind the counter if that was correct because I ordered now 45 mins ago. I decided to order a carrot cake since I had to sit there and wait as he said “yea I’ll start making your sandwich now.” Completely unbothered. I was visibly upset and they could have comped my carrot cake or a freaking drink for that matter but I didn’t even get an apology. This baggins is always incredibly slow for whatever reason but this situation was complete avoidable had they been doing their jobs and paying attention to the orders. Someone set up the bag with the online order ticket and just walked away so it’s not like they just didn’t pay attention they knew they had that order and just didn’t make it. So disappointing this is the only location on this side of town.

The service here is sooooooo slow. 5 people working, not busy at all. Took 25 min to make 2 egg salad sandwiches. Literally a scoop on bread. It is always the same.....slow.

What a huge disappointment! Baggins is way over priced. I got a small sandwich and a side salad and the salad was the smallest I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant with 2 croutons, a cucumber slice and what seemed like 6 pieces of lettuce. My wife’s order was wrong and for two meals and a kids grilled cheese, we paid $41. I recommend you try another place for your “gourmet” sandwich

We ordered the unforgettable sandwich and it ways tasty. This time I asked the cashier what is her favorite sandwich and she said the chicken rojo and wow. That is my new favorite sandwich. The chocolate chip cookies are always delicious. Soft in the middle with a crisp edges...perfect. we always buy a bag of them.

Good, but a little pricey. Service is a hit or miss out in Rita Ranch. GF options are available. Main complaint is occasionally stinginess with certain foods items in the sandwiches. Lack of consistency.

Always have to wait 30 more minutes from the stated pick up time. Sandwiches we ordered were supposed to be hot but they were cold. For the price we paid, it was a total waste.

The place was dirty, it was late at night. They must have been busy and didn't get around to cleaning it yet. I ordered a chicken salad. There was no mention of mayonnaise on the menu. I thought I was getting a salad with fresh chicken. I got a chicken mayonnaise salad. It was gross. I hate mayonnaise...my preference...the manager had the cook make me some chicken to add to my salad. They politely took care of my issue. Thank you for helping me to enjoy dinner after the initial shock of chopped blobbed chicken smothered in ooozing mayonnaise. Maybe in the future you can put a note on the menu of Mayo on that sandwich for those of us watching our diet and trying to eat clean and healthy. Thank you for fixing it for some extra money, but without any problem, or bad attitude. Thank you for accommodating my special request!

This is a good location. Even though it was lunch time and crowded, service was fast and accurate. The people were pleasant and the place was clean. The food was typical baggins, and really good.

My husband and I go here almost every time we are in Tucson. We love it!! Although this time it took a long while to get my order. They did throw in a bag of chips for the wait. And maybe better music.
